7.4 Good
Pros: Staff
Cons: Horrible, very loud, noisy, elevator all night and day. Boo!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great business hotel. I need a kitchen suite when I travel and this one is perfect. Small scale, homey, decent continental breakfast with offerings other than carbs. Not the newest decor, but clean and the beds are very comfortable. I love that I can stay on the second or third floor and can open my window! Also, quiet enough that I can sleep with it open at night. Great location. Staff is great. I asked that they hold on to a laptop for a couple of days when I checked out until one of my co-workers checked in and they did it no problem! I always stay here when I'm in town for business.
Cons: Fitness room is so-so, but much the same as many other hotels. Wish the fireplace in the common room was lit more often.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is worth what you pay and more. I would definitely stay if I have to go back to Folsom again!
Cons: Everything was pretty good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: As we walked in the front door, Sean said welcome home. What a nice welcome. He made us feel like old friends and very welcome. Our room was ready and just what we asked for. The facility is very nice and quiet. We will be back.

8.5 Excellent
Pros: The people there were really nice and the cleaning people took great care of our room while we were there. Free breakfast every AM and it was good food. Quiet area. Comfy beds. Decent workout room.
Cons: Indoor pool but would have preferred outdoor for the time we were there. No hotel bar or restaurant but plenty available around the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, great breakfast. Great price. Like pool/spa.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very accommodating in helping us get settled, giving us a free upgrade during a quiet weekend, they did their best to not only help us with odd requests and extra keys, but they also tried to remember us every time we came to the front desk. Small touches like afternoon snacks in the lobby and not rushing us out of breakfast in the morning helped make our stay, too.
Cons: Some of the locks to the pool and weight room acted up at times and wouldn't work, even though the keys worked the room door just fine. Housekeeping staff were friendly but not talkative.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Best pillows and mattress I ever slept on. Great restaurants really close. Excellent freeway access. Nice gym and indoor pool and jacuzzi. Good breakfast.
Cons: Guy next door snored like a buzzsaw.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: It has a nice location. Right across the street from a large shipping center with many food options and a WholeFoods.
Cons: The beds are a bit rough, and they only provide 4 small pillows for king sized beds. If you come with a partner that is only 2 small pillows each.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Had some family nearby so stayed the night after a long day on the road. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff at the front desk and the size and cleanliness of the room. 1 king with a small fridge and a couch.
Cons: My only real gripe was the room was split so that the furniture (bed/couch) was on opposite ends and the tv right in the middle, which was weird. A swivel mount made the tv rotatable, but still a weird setup.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff were great. The room was decent. Love having the one bedroom suites available with a kitchenette. Indoor pool and spa was open until midnight.
Cons: Breakfast was just OK. Not much to choose from, as the "cooked" food wasn't that appetizing, but the waffle bar with the multiple topping options was a plus. The bed was also not super comfortable, and wished it was a king, but they don't have for suites.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location, the folks at the front desk and I felt safe in the location.

Cons: Nothing - everything was great
7.0 Good
Pros: Great room with good amenities. The sheets were stained, but no big deal.
Cons: It's noisy. We had a room away from the road, thankfully, but we could hear activities in rooms all around us. Also, the in-room HVAC was louder than most.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Connivance was the main reason for staying . Room service for Breakfast was on time and hot . Thank you for a pleasant stay . returning soon .
Cons: My only remark to improve would be to put more lights in parking lot , very dark . I felt safe but , more lights would be a deterrent to the criminal natured and my safety .
6.6 Good
Pros: Just a decent Inn near Old Folsom.
Cons: I wish there were later room service options, & that the diner/bar were a little more 'updated'. Also, it'd be nice if there were some lounge areas to sit & enjoy.

4.2 Okay
Pros: Location is great. The gentleman who checked me in was efficient and polite.
Cons: Bottom room near elevator. I asked for a room that was away from the noise... room was a older room with older furniture. TV did not work at all.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice bed.
Cons: Bathroom was a bit dirty
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The General Manager is excellent, he was nice enough to ship my AMEX card back on my FED Ex account (the regular manager refused to do so, said he would keep in the safe until I drove to Folsom again (I live in Newport Beach so that was not going to be any time soon) . I had called on Friday afternoon or Saturday and the male manager told me it's against the rules and for security reasons ) .
Cons: Shower caps and other supplies at the front desk - I forgot my bathroom supply bag at home for the 1st time in 20 trips this year) . Friday morning front desk person should have supplied me but seems someone was a bit lazy to not check w/ the housekeeping dept)
