Pros:Nothing. The staff is crooked. Got lied to about the tolls between Miami and Key West and charged $60 for an un-necessary toll pass, and also got charged an extra day, at an extra $50 vs. what i had been quoted online.

Dirty, inconvenient, dishonest. Only good thing was one guy named Sam that seemed like a decent guy.

Pros:Nothing. The location is hard to find and under-staffed. Long wait in line.
Cons:Surpeise! $35/day commercial insurance for any vehicle with 10 or more seats. They say it "has to" have it like its some sort of law, but in fact, several other companies will rent you a passenger van without commercial insurance, because they're not trying to fleece you as hard as Fox. Surprise! I can't use my own sunpass, I have to use theirs for $11/day, or avoid tolls all together. (they could just charge me for the tolls I use while you rent their vehicle since you're forced to use their sunpass, but instead they charge you a $15 fee, PER TOLL. Rediculous!)

Pros:Pickup was horrible, over an hour wait for 5 people in front of me. None of the reservations made by customers were right, Fox reps tried up-selling each customer, argued with customers who had advertised prices why those were not applicable. Each customer ahead of me had to argue and fight just to get reasonably close to what was advertised or expected. The rep insistently tried to upsell the sunpass feature to me even though I told him I was a local and had sunpass and would add the van to my sunpass account for the period I rented it. He tried to bully me into paying for the sunpass "youll pay $15 for each toll you accrue." Horrible up-selling. Then I found Fox has an early drop-off fee! Never heard of such. I brought my van back right at 6 PM to avoid, they still charged me $20 EARLY drop off fee and refused to remove it when I went in to the office with evidence from the yard man that I had brought it back exactly on time with a full tank of gas. Terrible operation, thieves to tourists who have planes to catch and tight vacation schedules. Very unscrupulous.
