Cons:

I was from out of town. If my friend didn’t let me borrow her credit card, I would not have been able to rent a car. I have a debit/credit card but it was not acceptable and they would not accept my husband’s credit card over the phone. Extremely inconvenient.

I did not receive the vehicle that I reserved. They told me that had to give me an upgraded vehicle and that I had to pay extra $175 for the vehicle because they gave my smaller car to someone else.

Pros:

Not a damn thing.

Cons:

Website said the outlet would be open until 5PM. Showed up at 4:30 only to see a closed sign on the door and no one inside. Avoid this Hertz outlet (actually, avoid Hertz in general).

Staff is surly and unhelpful. Cars are dirty (inside & out). Car not available as contracted. Staff unwilling to find a replacement vehicle.

Cons:

Everything could have been better. This outlet is a horse abortion.
