Pros: Nice young man at counter. He even helped me with my luggage. Car ok.
Cons: The time that it took to get the car. The young man was having trouble with the computer entry and the person I viewed as his supervisor was not very helpful to him. We got through it though.
Simple, efficient, great service
Pros: This center is now inside Embassy Suites. From the front entrance, go left through the lobby and take a left at the first hallway and it's there on the left.
I was helped immediately and the employee was kind and quick. He gave me two options based on my reservation and let me choose what I wanted.
The car was clean, full tank of gas, and drove well.
Return was smooth and simple. I added an extra day and it was no problem at all.
Definitely will rent from here again.
