It was convenient to the light rail station. Also, found a neighborhood restaurant with great food a couple of miles west of the Inn. Early morning noise from the trash trucks.
Breakfast and the Room rate. Have to call and request a Frig.
Comfortable bed, nice TV screen, bath tub with safety bar, hot tea available in the morning. Good idea to have a little gift treat but presentation was tacky.
i didn't like going down to have my key reactatved twice at night when i can in.
Would definitely recommend. Very happy with room (comfortable, clean, had just about everything we could need) and overall value (especially compared to other options available, plus the free breakfast). Staff was friendly and helpful. Less great: location was in the corner of a large shopping center - took a few minutes (and u-turns) to find the correct entrance, which you can't see from the main road. Only one elevator seemed to be working, and it was slow and stuffy. No cold tap water during the night, only warm. (Didn't ask the front desk about it, because that would've woken up the person I was staying with.) And mini-fridge's temp was too warm for it to be really useful (again, didn't ask the front desk; didn't seem worth it). Super-minor quibbles that the staff couldn't have done anything about: while the (free!) breakfast was pretty much as expected, I'd have appreciated healthier options; and there's no way to close the hotel rooms' doors quietly. (Like I said, no big deal.)
Breakfast included There were renovations going on and workers began hammering walls at 0900 the day after Thanksgiving.
Close to the airport and easy access to Baltimore downtown. Internet quality is good. Free parking, hot breakfast, and wi-fi access. On my stay of Friday night, people were partying loud from midnight to 5 am. I tried to call front desk but no one answered.
We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was very accommodating and we appreciate that. We will visit again. Nothing at this time.
Nice and polite staff. Good, well-stocked breakfast. Clean rooms and quiet. Needs some remodeling and some repairs in bathroom
I liked the price I paid for what was offered. Free "continental breakfast", spacious rooms, smoking rooms, heat actually worked, and the service was... slightly professional. The place is due for some much needed renovation. You can tell that place is a little old and needs to be brightened up a bit for their guests to really feel like they got their money's worth. As far as location, it's winter time so it's mild, but in the summer, the surrounding businesses can get some unsavory characters that hang around so it's best to not go out "sight seeing" at night, do not take your eyes off your kids, and to lock your cars at all times. Trust me, I'm not paranoid, I'm just from that neck of the woods.
Good price for what you got. Staff was very nice. No cleaning service between nights though Our only complaint was we stayed for two nights and they never cleaned the room or refreshed towels.
I loved the bartender at the hotel bar who closed both Friday and Saturday night. She was very guest oriented. There was also a maintenance man who was very helpful on Sunday morning. The staff was great!!! There were kids running around the hotel All hours...they were loud and tracking water all over the lobby since they were running from the pool and then into the lobby and then back to the pool. Develop a system to let guests know if large groups of kids are staying at the hotel.
Great hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, easy access to Arundel Mills, Baltimore and D.C. I had a great time.
Everything about the hotel met expectations and the price was reasonable. The restaurant and bar are best avoided. Overpriced and poor service.
Staff was incredible Elevator didn't go all the way to the top floor where we were staying
The staff was great. Very friendly and polite. Very good food in the restaurant. The availability of the shuttle to take people to and from the airport or to the metro stop was a big plus.
Courteous staff. Disappointed/shocked with the hotel upkeep. Specifically, the 5th floor hallway carpet along the entire length. The Westin is known for having a high standard in cleanliness and appearance. I plan to contact cooperate and send pictures.
Very cleanrooms, nice pool and gym facilities. Bartender using hands in condiments after blowing nose and eating a sandwich. Server in restaurant used hand too. Very gross! Pool area large indoor, nice area.
The bed was super comfortable! Loved the indoor pool + hot tub! When I booked the hotel it stated, high speed WiFi and complimentary breakfast. NOPE!!!!! You have to pay $12.49 for the WiFi and we thought the breakfast was COMPLIMENTARY but half was through eating and nice lady put a $39 bill on our table. I asked the reception "that I thought the breakfast was complimentary" they told me that only when you upgrade your room when booking it's free. Well don't be fooled because I was. My conformation says complimentary breakfast, but they told me my room did not come with it! The only reason I booked this hotel was it had great reviews and the WiFi and free breakfast. Let's just say lesson learned and I won't be returning!! If WiFi and free breakfast is a want like it was for me, this hotel is not for you!
Clean Great location near BWI Lots of friendly "try" by staff Good amenities (pool, bar, breakfast and snack available) New hotel where processes at the hotel are not aligned completely with options on web site (like "breakfast included"). Over-reserved for parking spaces allotted.
Facility is quite old $ tired. Various things were missing or didn't work. Location is isolated, not close to many restaurants or shops. Staff did all they could to make up for facility shortcomings.
Decor & layout was unique along with a great snack area, billiards table & social areas in lobby area,. Friendly staff. Though clean lots of scuff marks on walls, stains around shower door hinges , and similar"long term" maintenance things is starting to give a run down appearance to an otherwise unique and fun place to stay.
close to the airport very comfortable bed free coffee non smoking-supposedly some guests were smoking and none of the staff called them on it the entertainment system in the room required a special cord to connect your personal device, which signage said was available at the desk- the 2 girls looked at me as if I had 2 heads and could not find the cords
The bar Room was dirty staff unprofessional
Nothing This establishment over the duration of four days charged my credit card four times after I had prepaid for the room, not including an incidental charge, totaling $360.00. The staff was not able to explain the charges, and could not get a manager on the phone to speak with me. According to the staff, every time I asked to speak with a manager, there wasn't a manager on duty. The staff would call the manager in my company and be directed to a voice mail, and leave a message. They do have a pool, but the hours of operation are slim. The pool is not open until 4pm when a lifeguard is on duty. That brings me to another issue, I caught the lifeguard smoking marijuana just outside the back door to the hotel (which is right by the pool). I'm not normally against people smoking marijuana, however, I do have an issue with it when peoples lives could be in jeopardy. Because of this experience, I will never stay at another W hotel.
There were no towels in my room. I called 4 times to ask for towels and got no answer.
Check in was easy, no hassle. The room was nice, what you would expect for the price. The bartender was rude. No knowledgeable in the basics of bartending. No continental breakfast. Had to pay $3 for a basic razor
I always feel comfortable at Aloft locations. All service staff including housekeeping were very friendly and responsive to a "Hello". In general the hotel and room seemed very clean and smelled fine. The bed was very comfortable and the linens bath etc were all in good order But due to some abuse by guests the room was looking a little worn. ie:Scratches in wall finish & headboard.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, convenient to airport No continental breakfast
The staff was amazing, Tamera, Jamal, Gladys, Cliff and last but certainly not least Niya! They were so amazing I'd take a trip from Phoenix to Baltimore JUST to see them. They truly are the definition of hospitality My only concern was it took almost 2wks to receive my incidentals deposit back. But that's attributed to processing times through financial institutions.
Great room, good wifi The reservation through kayak was messed up. Took a couple hours for hotel manager to get it squared away and check us in. This was very frustrating after a long day of travel. Will really question using this reservation approach in the future.
The room smelled nice. I paid $5 for a bottle of water and a yogurt. I wanted cereal but they didn't have milk.
Clean, modern, sleek. Will keep boing back.
Everything was bad about this hotel from the staff to the room. If I was staying for more then one night I would have left the hotel and went to the hotel across the street.
Clientele....there was an aggressive panhandler roaming the grounds. Whether they were or not, some guests seemed to be living there semi-permanently. Although the rooms have been redone, the motel seems dated. The clock was difficult to figure out as to how to set it. There seemed to be people roaming around all evening.
It was convenient and price was good. Night staff was grumpy. Room was a little smelly
Scott at front desk was very professional and helpful. I was looking for a place near the airport for one night and with shuttle service to and from airport and not too expensive. The shuttle service also drove me to dinner and picked me up after.
Clean room Quick staff
I was disappointed that there was no microwave or fridge in my room. I ended up moving and paying another ~$12 to get them. Otherwise fine.
The front desk clerk was exceptional. The first room I had had a small odor and what appeared to be mold. I went to the front desk and they moved me to a new room and he gave me a snack to boot
I liked that my check in went very smoothly and the room was pretty decent. We go no warning that maintenance was being down on the streets and we were going to be out of water and there was absolutely no parking. We had to park next door at the Hilton. When we called the front desk the lady told me I could park on the grass or something but there was no guarantee that my car wouldn't be towed because she didn't work for the Hilton.
Good staff No breakfast
Everything was okay so far
New room with desk for work. No frills.
The room was clean and nice overall. Loved how they accepted our pets. Sheets had a few stains and needed to be changed. TV service was out for the first few hours we were there. No breakfast
All essential, very clean. The employed charmers.
Proximity to restaurants, the airport and the mall for shopping. The friendly, knowledgeable staff is a bonus. Nothing that would keep me from not coming back.
Absolutely nothing, staff are terrible, rooms are beyond old and creepy, housekeeping doesn't even know how to make a bed properly, more like an old bed and breakfast! There was dirty pillow cases... Ewwww and towels! Worst hotel ever Absolutely nothing, staff are terrible, rooms are beyond old and creepy, housekeeping doesn't even know how to make a bed properly, more like an old bed and breakfast! There was dirty pillow cases... Ewwww and towels! Worst hotel ever
The staff and manager went out of their way to make our stay great.
The restaurant/bar The sheets were very scratchy. The bed was not soft. Not what I have come to expect from Sheratons. Did not get a good nights sleep because of it. This is important to me. I would probably choose another location next time I'm in the area.
Really should be rated a 4 star. Nice newer Sheraton, very clean driving and updated property.
the location was perfect. they had a free shuttle from airport and free parking. nothing
The hotel was convenient to the activities I partook in. This was not a 3.5 star hotel. The bathroom was not up to par. The shower had cracks in the tile and had mildew spots in the bottom corners

Great location The room wasn't as clean as expected
The restaurant within the hotel was great. Really good food and service. The lobby was also very welcoming, and the rooms, as well as the hotel overall, were very clean.
I loved the cleanliness of the room and that it was large enough for two people to sleep comfortably. The furniture and room environment seems kind of dated.
Room was clean and close to the airport.
The bed was comfortable and the room smelled and looked clean! I was impressed.
Shuttle service Not having breakfast for free and it was expensive to buy given the quality.
I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel. It was a great deal, the staff was extremely professional and attentive and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely staying here again!
Very clean and comfortable.
I loved it. I woul be staying there again real soon, breakfast was great, I had a comfortable sleep everything was amazing
Welcome when first arrived. Good location. Good price. Room was well appointed, roomy and clean. Just right - bar, food, just the right size. Had to leave after the weekend.
Comfortable, clean hotel with professional and helpful staff. Room keys got demagnetized twice during our two-night stay, bit of an inconvenience when carrying luggage and whatnot upstairs, then having to go back down. Staff were helpful and apologetic in fixing the problem.
The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Pool did not open until 3:00pm. (Traveling with kids and main reason for choosing hotel was pool.) Cafe with coffee bar was closed. Very limited convenience items available for purchase. No gift shop. Room had very bright flashing green light all night.
Great location, nice staff, and very clean. There are no charging stations in the room. They do not have USB plug-in stations so don't forget your charging base.
Modern look of the room. Water in the room. The holes in my shower curtain. The stains on my comforter and wash cloths. Being charged twice. Calling the hotel twice to get a refund and still not getting it. Having to call the corporate office to be refunded. Not being comped in any form or fashion.
On site restaurant and bar. Decor was very elegant.
I liked the bed the most.I wish i couldve taken it home!it was very soft, puffy and clean. Also very high quality. well food should have been included. even if it was more expensive but it would saved you the hassle, and wel trips with the shuttle for those who dont know Baltimore. it was free within 3 miles but i didnt know what i would find to see within 3 miles.(because i know nothing about baltimore)
Checking Out!!! Room not ready, Rude staff, didn't feel welcome, Polystyrene cups in rooms. Breakfasr area looked like a tornado had passed through. Foods not labelled. Staffs outfits needed an iron.
Friendly and professional staff. Could use some additional staff in the lounge.
Very nice hotel and the front desk agent was very nice. The shuttle driver on the 7:30am shuttle was great very friendly. They need to cut the trees around the sign on the street. It was a little hard to see.
Clean and comfortable but a bit pricey.Shuttle service to BWI should be more frequent
easy check in close to highway into the city Clogged sink, very loud, poor appliances our iron and hair dryer barely worked and when asked about it they said it was functioning as normal.
very friendly - willing to go the extra mile for you
The Quality Nothing.....
My toilet kept getting clogged and my tv wouldn't turn off and couldn't change the channel
Curtis was outstanding ! The two chi, Vicky and Andy were so patient and their omelets are to die for. I have stayed in many Embassy Suites. This was the best ! Need cranberry juice on breakfast juices. Fan for bathroom. Keep smokers away from congregating at front door.
Friendly staff. This hotel is under construction. Should have been told that prior to booking. Heating unit in my initial room failed even after maintenance tried to repair. Slept in a cold room for the first 2 nights and acquired a head cold making my trip and training miserable.
This hotel had the worst service I've ever had. The overbooked a co-workers room, and charged a room to the incorrect credit card. The front desk service was impatient and impolite. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
Not a single thing other than the location in connection to the airport. First and foremost, we checked in relatively early in the evening, but since we booked online, my wife and I got a handicap room. If that was not enough, this room has some flying bugs (they looked like moths) that were flying throughout. After asking to be moved to another room, I was told that no accommodations could be made. The bed was fair from comfortable and the bathtub completely backed up while showering. Not to mentioned, there were a number of what appeared to be pubic hairs that lined the bathroom floor. When I complained the next morning (we tried to leave but everything around us was booked in other hotels), we were met with very little interest in fixing the situation. From start to finish, it was the worse experience. I have ZERO desire to stay at this facility EVER again.
Staff to include shuttle driver very nice and food was taste good. Room while appears renovated appeared, rushed cleaning ie lamp shades crooked, bed covers should be tucked possibly with chocolate and name of cleaning person; gives a personal touch. Possily use a fresh "clean scent" cleaning product; Just the small things seemed over looked but all in all good value for price.
Everything Everything was lovely I have nothing bad to say
Spacious room Lousy routers and internet access
it was a great stay
Hot tub I waited on hold for over six minutes to find out where to pick up the airport shuttle, and ended up taking a taxi to the hotel because the shuttle took a long time. The staff did not tell me that you had to sign up for the morning shuttle in advance, but luckily I overheard someone else signing up and asked about it.
Front desk staff was very nice. Buffet had a great selection.
Great location for next morning flight. Easy access to airport. Quiet room.
Rooms were very quiet. Dinner fare at the restaurant was reasonably priced and of higher quality than I would have suggested. Staff were both professional and kind.
Well run, good facilities, professional service. An excellent value.
The location of the hotel with the courtesey shuttle with a five mile radius is excellent. The location is less than a mile from Arundel Mills shopping, Maryland Live Casino and less than five miles to BWI airport. The hotel check-out time is 11am, which isn't a problem, however they expect you out around 1030am. My wife and I were awake waiting for a weather report and knocks on the door from housekeeping began the barrage of knocks at the door, phone calls, asking when we're checking out. Respecting hotel policy wasn't an issue, but most hotels start the call thirty minutes after check-out not before. If we dined in the hotel for breakfast the outcome would've been the same because the restaurant is small and the staff is small for the amount of guest. They provided a breakfast coupon for the restaurant, but decided to pass because of the wait, so the staff was rude with the two following housekeeping members and the front desk attendant calling after that.
Clean, close to airport. Staff was friendly, helpful. Wi-Fi was almost non-existent and our reservation was not in the hotel's system upon arrival, causing us to have to wait an additional 15-30 minutes. I'm not sure whether this was an issue with hotel's booking system or not.
beautiful, well maintained. restaurants and bars good, excellent location. not. thing. beautiful.
The hotel was way beyond my expectations. It was the perfect place for our wedding anniversary. The customer service was great as well. The room was gorgeous with a contemporary look. Great location-close to the mall and every restaurant you could think of, but in a quieter location further down the road. Could be a bit noisy in the morning. Walls are thin and you could hear what was going on in other rooms/hallway.
The hotel and rooms were very clean, staff was very nice and the location is perfect if you want to visit Washington, DC and Baltimore during a short trip. There is shopping and a casino less than 5 minutes away and several well known dining options. My husband and I agreed that we would stay here again if ever in the area.
I loved the staff. They were what all hotels would want . The staff was always chearfull and willing to help you out. Great job everyone !
We really liked our room and also the amenities within the room, the closeness to the mall, the complimentary shuttle and also the free parking. Very early check-out time.
Breakfast was amazing and our $15 (1pp) coupons covered breakfast. The inside resturant was really clean and i loved the fire place. The wings i ordered in room service were good but i have to order them crispy so they weren't super soft and their potatoe wedges are huge and were not what I was use too at all. On the executive floor they have a snack room for anyone on floor 7. The snacks were great: muffins chips candy sodas tea coffee hot cocoa water pretzels etc. the room was 255 for just one night on that level....the room was clean but small, the hotel is eco friendly. There are a few other restaurants within 5min of the hotel if you don't like the indoor or attached one. The room rate is over priced thats my only complaint. The hotel is over priced, and the walk from the garage to the hotel can be a bit much if you have alot of bags.
Hotel was very clean. Rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast was great.
The staff at the Element were Courteous and professional. Well maintained facility - consistently; as I have stayed at this hotel on four separate occasions in the last three years.
The room was nice and spacious and the kids loved the pool! The staff was great! The last day there was a bunch of people whom checked in and everything became noisy and loud everywhere in the hotel.
Elevator carpet floors were dirty. For such a clean looking, contemporary hotel, that was a disappointment.
Room was clean, bed was a bit too hard for us but it is in a great location and property appears to be well taken card of. Very busy due to proximity to airport. Shuttle was prompt in pickup and drop off at airport. Day driver during weekdays of shuttle was very friendly and could teach front desk how to treat guests. Saw little hospitality from front desk staff. No welcome to Hampton Inn or thank you upon check out. It takes so little to show you appreciate your guests.
It was clean, quiet, and their free shuttle was super convenient. Breakfast was good also.
The Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Donna, our van driver. The breakfast had lots of hot and cold choices. The fruit was fresh. It was a 5 minute drive to the airport.
Very noisy from the jet traffic. Heat pump 3' from the bed went on every three minutes and ran for just one. Making a third party reservation deleted the free parking for our trip. Manager forced us to move the car to long term parking off site even after offering to pay extra....unbending. Totally unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend Hampton, they have lost me and my company personnel as a customer.
The Hampton Inn Baltimore-Washington gave us a free shuttle to the airport and back when we returned. This was very convenient and appreciated. No complaints.
I was picked up at the airport by shuttle late at night and taken to the Hampton where I was promptly checked in with no problems. My room was quiet and restful. I was alone but felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was complementary and good. Everything was just what I needed. Nothing.
The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly. The room was dirty and outdated. The bed was a hard slab.
Staff was friendly, rooms are modern and very clean. Super comfy bed and pillows
Great front desk person. Adequate breakfast. The facilities were tired and needed freshening.
Affordable price. comfortable and clean room. Nice hot breakfast. Counter in the bathroom had an odd stain in the granite on it clearly wasn't dirty just kind of odd.
Truthfully everything was fine except that the entire hotel and our room wreaked from cigarette smoke. Total turnoff.
Location They had no other rooms. The air conditioner worked at about 10%. Unacceptable. We left and went to the Westin. Unacceptable. Not sure why I continue to use this site. The first room they sent us to was occupied!

Overall significantly disappointed about this hotel. This is not a 2 1/2 hotel as advertised. Booked nonsmoking room--room had recently occupied smoker. On second day requested non-smoking and when returned that evening still in same room. Booking two days and room not cleaned nor new towels, told there was $10 extra fee to have room cleaned.
the location of the hotel was great. It is right at route 100 and 695 and 895 were just up the street. The free breakfast was a joke. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the bathroom was not clean to my standards.
Service was great!! Need better cable channels. Like Nick Jr and vh1
It was a convenient location The room was not cleaned on a daily basis, towels were not changed, and we were told that these things would not to be done until after the 6th day of the hotel stay which I thought was truly disgusting, and totally anti-hygenic. Totally unsatisfactory
Housekeeping was professional and seems a little over worked a few days by the volume of the hotel extreme party we seen on the weekend. Front desk should learn how to deal all guest accordingly.
Comfort Having to politely ask the staff for needs and get an attitude in return. Hotel employee was and has always been awesome very welcoming to all the guest very friendly and smiles genuinely.

Nothing Mold growing on the wallls horrible pillows dirty sheets. The room smelled horrible
Near BWI airport and car rental return. Near freeway. Near gas station. Nice building and surrounding. Decent free breakfast. Free and decent wifi. Decent room with a nice window seat. The hallway and breakfast room is warm, seems like AC is not running high enough. Room AC is OK.
Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Run down room, milldued caulking in the bathroom
The food was ok Everything, there was cigarette holes in the blanket, dirty floor and smelly pillows, this one member of the staff was rude, the place needed better lighting (looked like a dungeon), there was a plunger by the vending machines, the halls were too hot, the air conditioning was weak ( we had to set it to the lowest setting and it was still too hot) . one of the worst microtels i have ever been to, this place shouldnt even be a microtel by wyndham.
Friendly staff. Quiet. Plenty of hot, steaming water. Air conditioner kept place cold. Airport shuttle available and schedule without requesting information. Breakfast was extremely limited and necessary items not available. Ice Machine was always empty. Pillow cases looked very dirty. Took some time for temperature to come down. Felt a little cramped.
I liked the location I liked the large shower (we were unnecessarily put in a wheelchair accessible room) **I didn't like the living bugs in the room: centipede, baby roaches, stink bug **I didn't like the broken air conditioner/heating unit. Heater only worked properly when set on air conditioner mode-- woke up in middle of night in EXTREME heat because the heater ran as if it was set on 100 degrees **I didn't like WAITING BOTH DAYS and FOR A LONG TIME on COFFEE in the morning. It was a problem for others as well. IN ADDITION, I didn't like that the continental breakfast set up on the 2nd floor the first day where the coffee was, but the second morning when no coffee was available again, we waited & waited, until finally the janitor checked to see where the refill staff was, to find out the new coffee was being served downstairs on a new machine IN A ZONED OFF AREA where staff said we could walk into (who knew? No one was there). The janitor asked the manager if he should take down the zone tape now that the new floors were installed, but she told him no. Not only was it was INCONVENIENT and RUDE that STAFF DIDN'T INFORM ANYONE that the place to get coffee was now moved to a different floor, and not even with the rest of the food, but that we also had to duck underneath the zone tape to access it. Very ridiculous. **I didn't like being woke up the entire night by some very heavy person above us doing exercises or something back and forth the floor about a hundred time. **Bedding and curtains and general appearance very outdated. **I didn't like that there was NO SINK SPACE OR ANY COUNTERTOP SPACE in the bathroom for anything.
Cheap and close to airport An internal issue cause them to not have my reservation when I checked in...thankfully a moot point though. The room smelled so bad if cleaning products however I almost couldn't sleep, that was the first time I've experienced that at a hotel. Definitely not staying at Microtels anymore after this.
Great value, clean, friendly, no complaints A little down in the heels, expected more from the Wyndham name
Convenient location to the airport. Good breakfast with updated lobby area and pretty friendly staff. The room was small which was fine except it brought to light all it's shortcomings. The toilet when first opened had toilet paper in the bowl in a sea of dilute urine. The pedestal of same toilet was not cleaned in some time and came with dried urine splatter. The renovation work done to the bathroom looked very unfinished and elementary. Mismatched paint splotches on wall, sloppy grouting and caulking around and in the shower/bath tub and broken/cracked floor tile at its entrance. In the room, the dark blue carpet was dirty looking and in one place there were two paint roller marks of white or light colored paint. The immediate outdoor space...weedy grass that was not cut in weeks, beer cans, soda bottles, cigarette packs and general refuse in that grass and in the parking lot, weeds taking over the plant beds. It's the worst outdoor space of anyplace I've ever stayed, unkempt and screamed "we don't care".
Nothing I made a reservation for this hotel via Kayak and when I arrived at the hotel, they said my room had been given to someone else and that the hotel was overbooked and my reservation was cancelled.
That we got to leave after 6 hours. the whole thing
The price was reasonable. The breakfast was decent. The location was good. TV positioned good. the bathtub water knob was loose. The drain was not attached. The bathroom ceiling had splotchy paint spots. The refrig not plugged in needed assistance.
