Convenient, nice restaurant in lobby
Friendly staff, beautiful atrium, nice pool and very nice rooms with huge TV's! Great shuttle service to local train stations.
Noise from people in hallway late at night, need better sealed and insulated doors.
Hyatt Regency Greenwich
The quiet at night time was appreciated. Check in has improved.
The parking is atrocious. Because of events, it was almost impossible to even find a bad parking space. We resorted to valet. Cocktails at the bar could be (and should be) much better.
Rooms are shabby
Stumbled upon a GEM!!!!
Amazing customer service, great amenities and good location for a night in proximity to but not in NY!!!! Cute little town with great riverside restaurants and some local historical sights.
Nice building. Good rooms. Clean. Helpful staff
The restaurant menue
The crispy clean sheets
The hallways were dusty dirty
The bed, bedding and the room all comfortable. Check out was easy and fast. I love the fact that you can check out of the room through the television system and drop your key in the box on the way out.
The entire lobby was like ice the entire time. Wait staff in the bar/atrium were flat, limited engagement and robot-like. Pretzels and salad were quite costly at the bar/atrium. Tables in the lobby were uneven and not always wiped down.
Above average facilities.
This hotel is steps from Stamford which is a less than ideal location. The parking spaces are very small.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, though somewhat dated.
I did not like having to pay $12 to park in a lot behind the hotel. I'm accustomed to paying for parking in a city environment where parking is at a premium, but this is a suburban environment. Charging for parking seems ridiculous. Also, there is only one elevator bank and our room was at the opposite end of the hotel, causing for a very long walk and we happened to have a lot of stuff with us. They desperately need a second elevator bank.
Beautiful Atrium. friendly staff.
Noisy. High parking rates. Unappealing pool-not that clean Overpriced food.
Budget hotel masquerading as high-end
Comfortable beds, well-located if you have a car. Beautiful indoor garden.
Very noisy - you can hear everything in surrounding rooms. Unfriendly and unaccommodating front desk staff. What seems like an oppressed cleaning staff. High parking rates just to park at the hotel. Extra charge for high speed internet. Unappealing pool and gym. Overpriced food. No flexibility for later check-out.
