Liked that it was a new vehicle with low miles. Gave me the confidence that it should be a reliable vehicle. It was reliable, had no issues with it at all. Overall great experience. Maybe a bit pricey. Staff at the Gettysburg location was great.

Super nice staff.

Cons:

Wasnt told about how the tolls work in Maryland, or what the charge if we used the EasyPass. Car was given to me not filled up but was told to return it full.

Pros:

Staff was nice but the car smelled like a dirty toilet. The brakes on the car were very bad. It made sense when the representative asked me if I planned on doing a lot of driving.

Cons:

Tell me about the car in it’s state and not let me drive off in that condition. I had a minor with me.
