Pros: Quick service, good car, no unexpected costs. Our car had a strong smell and the woman who checked us out gave us a bit of a discount for the inconvenience. Very happy with this Enterprise

Very easy, price was correct, NO Surprises
Pros: Gary, the manager handled my pickup. Great experience and easy as could possibly be. I will probably rent from them in the future. Also, return was smooth, I wish I gotten the person's name. It was easy, no surprises, no extra changes, good stuff.
Pros: Car was nice, rep gave us some perks due to bad experience
Cons: Noone at desk for pickup at hotel in Gettysburg . Contacted main office who advised we go to Harrisburg- immediately - to pick up a car there. Reminded them that it was an hours drive away and we did not have a car, thats why we were hiring one! Phone at Hertz desk in hotel was ringing while we waited for someone to show up, - noone ever did -so I answered a few rental enquiries !! the phones message box was full so no message could be left so I wrote an note and left it on desk. Apparently messages were to go to reps cellphone but it had not been set up for this. Noone in the hotel had her telephone number or knew anything about her " we just rent the space"eventually got a call fro rep, she picked us up at our hotel and brought us out to rental desk.

Poor customer service in Kansas City
Pros: My pick up in Gettysburg PA went well. Very professional.
Cons: The vehicle didn't drive well. It felt like it was badly in need of an alignment. I decided to exchange it in Kansas City International Airport. When I called them, the phone would ring for several minutes before they would answer. Twice someone lifted the handset and just hung it up. When I finally got someone and did the exchange, I realized an hour later I had left something in the car I had turned in. I called (and again struggled to get someone on the phone) and was told they would check the car and call me back. Three hours later, they hadn't called back. I called again and was told they didn't know which car I'd returned. It seems strange that their computers can't tell them that but I gave them the car information and was told that they'd call me back. An hour and a half later, with no response, I decided to just drive in and ask in person. Then they said they'd go check the car and brought my item to me two minutes later. Worst customer service ever. Also, when I drove in, there was only one other customer there. If didn't appear that they were exceptionally busy. So disappointed with Hertz.
