Cons:I was called and told car reserved was not available. In fact no cars would be available until following week. Online reservations need to get in sync with locations. Travel plans ruined. VERY disappointed.Reviewed Sep 22 2020

Pros:staff was rude and very unhelpful, did not give me a vehicle that I reserved days ahead and spent more time trying leave rather than help resolve my problem. Cons:The assistant manager FORCED us to purchase insurance. She said we could not rent the car unless we faxed them proof of our full coverage insurance or purchased insurance through Hertz. Once we received our rental contract and saw it clearly stated it was not mandatory to purchase the insurance, we returned. The assistant manager and manager tried to argue that we did in fact have to purchase the insurance even after I specifically pointed out to them the bold capital words stating it was not mandatory. The finally refunded our money for the insurance after I threatened to contact corporate.Reviewed Apr 27 2018

After they claimed there was no car car to be had at any of their locations, I left without a car. Don't recommend Hertz or Kayak. It's a waste of time and money.Reviewed Apr 21 2018
