They didn’t have a car on my reservation fare and they said that wasn’t car available and I had to postpone my pickup to the next day. I had to argument several times until they assumed the responsibility and give a upgrade, so I could have the car at the day of my reservation. Once That was done, the experience on pickup and drop off was totally fine.Reviewed Jan 6 2022
