Hertz told me that Kayak screwed up by giving me a reservation. When I got to Hertz, they told me they had absolutely no vehicles available to me. It was extremely frustrating to need to scramble to find a car at another company. Thank goodness I wasn’t trying to get to an airport for a flight. I will NEVER use Kayak again for anything.Reviewed Oct 28 2024

Cons:The SUV I reserved was not there. Waited three and a half hours for resolution. Nothing. Couldn’t get one alternate vehicle because it needed an oil change. Couldn’t get a van because it needed registration renewal but it had permanent tags. Manager called corporate and person who could sign off didn’t return four phone messages in those three and a half hours. Left very upset with no vehicle.Reviewed Sep 26 2020
