Cons: I went to pick up my car and was told that because I didn’t order the rental through them they couldn’t make any promises to getting me into a car. Then they told me they were completely booked out of cars. There hasn’t been any communication that my reservation wouldn’t be able to be fulfilled so I didn’t even have the chance to line up a booking elsewhere.
Pros: I received excellent service, Mike and Brian were great, the car was ready when they said it would be, both were very helpful, The car was very comfortable, got a better price online than the original quote, I really appreciated the professionalism, which made my experience there less stressful
