Pros: The car was the worst rental I have ever had.
Cons: The car was dirty when I picked it up. It had a very bad odor. Trash was left in the car and in the trunk. I had to pull over and clean the bugs off of the windshield. The passenger window would not seal and made a loud noise the whole trip.

Cons: The service was awful. The pick up sight closed at 6 pm. Flight was delayed by an hour due to weather. So I missed the pick up time by 30 minutes. When I tried to get help that night, I got routed to a reservation center that said she could do nothing to help me but would be glad to book another reservation for now one day less at $300 more. I decided to go to the pick up sight next AM to talk with a customer rep face to face and was told by the gentleman that it was " above his pay grade" to help me with either reinstating the original reservation or with refunding what I had prepaid. I finally decided it was easier and cheaper to make a different reservation with a different company for less than 1/2 the price. And this was for a rental period longer than 2 weeks.
Pros: Car was some what comfortable
Cons: The address is to the hotel not the convention center so we went to the wrong place. Directions and signage are not clear in the garage, I got to the desk at 6:05 and no one ever was there and another women was trying to pick up her car and one women came out and said everyone had just left, I gave her the key and ticket with the mileage and space number, and hoped she was going to log it as returned. Not good customerror service.
