There was nothing I liked about the Volvo. They gave us. It was too small. I signed up to get a Nissan rogue. And they gave me this Volvo. It was so small. We could hardly fit my grandson‘s wheelchair in it. The safety locks didn’t work and he opened the door four times. The check engine light kept going on and we had to stop while we were on the road to have that looked at. There were a lot of other problems as well.Reviewed Apr 14 2025

The car wasn’t ready when we went to picking up and we had to wait while they cleaned it. Then, we paid in advance for tolls at the pickup location but when we got to our first toll in IL we noticed there was no toll tag or anything in the car and we ended up having to pay out of pocket for all the tolls.Reviewed Jun 21 2024

Location I reserved was closed. Always closed and Hertz was horrible to work with to change the pick up spot. There information was incorrect and I had to pay more because of their screw up. Never using Hertz again.Reviewed Dec 22 2021
