Pros: Nice people to deal with. Everything was according to plan with no surprises. Will rent from them again.
Cons: When I returned the car I was accused of smoking marijuana in the car and billed 300.00 on my credit card, I don't smoke any thing, I have lung disease and can't smoke. I was called a liar in front of other customers. I didn't deserve to be disrespected like that in public at 67 years old
Total waste of time
Cons: Kayak let me book the car but Hertz didn't have it. I wasted my time driving to the rental place for nothing.
I left that office for Enterprise and they did the same thing: booked us a car they didn't have.
Bait and switch
Cons: All of the tires were low on air when I picked it up. I was charged an eighty dollar cleaning fee because I smoked in the car. There was no signage in the car and I read the entire contract and no where was it stated that it was a non smoking vehicle. I felt led astray. If there had been wording in the contract or any type of sign in the car I would not have smoked in it. Bad business practice, I will not rent from them again.
Pros: Price and drop off pretty short.
Cons: Vehicle could have been a little bit cleaner inside and pick up took awhile.
Pros: They handled the transaction smoothly. No surprises.
Cons: I didn't find anything I didn't like. Pretty straight forward establishment.
Excellent Service
Pros: The car was in excellent condition. Clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating to my needs and concerns and were very friendly. Convenient location as well.
