Nothing was liked! My booking was for 4/4/24-4/6/24 and was scheduled to pick up my vehicle at noon on 4/4 but when I arrived at hertz there was no one there and sign on their door said they would be back at 3:00. There was no one at the location and therefore I was unable to get my rental. I returned at 3:30 and the sign now says back at 4:30…my entire day was off schedule and I missed an important meeting!!! I will never book thru kayak or hertz again.Reviewed Apr 7 2024
