Pros: The car was in perfect conditions and de drop off is comfortable
Cons: A good explanation in the pick up about the charges, refund, conditions of the car, insurance, what to do in some problem with the car etc.
Great and convenient location for car rental
Pros: Friendly staff, driving to Logan Express (or from, as I understand), quiet location--way better than Logan if you're staying out in the Framingham/Natick area.
Cons: What's not to like?
Pros: great price. available transpoder if needed, but not charged if not used
Cons: Tire deflated on its own the day after pick up. Had to fill in gas station
