Pros:The dealership is close to home, so very convenient. The office is a bit hard to find, but there were signs, and the dealership staff were helpful.Cons:I returned the car with a full tank, though I stopped filling when the gas nozzle first clicked (I didn't top off the tank). The young man at the Hertz office got in the car for less than thirty seconds and told me that the indicated showed below full, which was not the case when I pulled into the lot. He challenged me repeatedly about when/where/how far the gas station was from my home and said that he'd normally make me pay a few dollars extra since the needle showed below full. I have to wonder if he had any regrets when he got into the car, drove it to the back of the car lot and realized that the gage had time to indicate that the tank was indeed full.Reviewed Sep 5 2017
