Cons: Need to tell customer about the two sites at and near the airport, the reservation was for the rental office a mile from the airport. We took the airport shuttle to the one that left us at the airport rental. Fortunately the kind and friendly Hertz rep was able to accommodate our rental requirement although we did pay more for the car due to airport fees.

Pros: The staff was extremely accommodating. Since the dropoff location was not at the airport. The staff offered me a ride and would not accept a tip. I will return to this Hertz location just because of that.

Cons: Our pickup time was 12pm on saturday. We decided to show up at 10am. Good thing we did, they closed at noon on Saturday and we had no clue! We almost didn't get our rental. We paid for our rental in advance, but because we didnt have great credit, they required additional credit card on file and extra fees! Very frustrating pick up process. We also had to pay an extra day because they were closed on sunday and couldn't return the car until monday.

Pros: Worst customer service ever. Will never us this again.
Cons: The customer service guy could not speak English well, or understand it. Why would you have someone working that can't speak to the client!?! Horrible simply horrible.
