I booked a reservation online via KAYAK. When I arrived to pick up my reserved car, I was told no cars were available. I asked why my reservation was accepted if no cars were available, to which the completely uninterested clerk said " I have no idea sir". I left without the car I had reserved! Seems like Hertz needs to add their name to the "not exactly" list. Because the phrase "There's Hertz and there's not exactly" doesn't apply any longer.Reviewed May 20 2024
