The car broke in the snow, they were not helpful. I was told I would get a cross-over they did not say it would be extra then they wanted me to pay 500 bucks extra. They offered a free upgrade to a muscle car but it was no different then the first car I had. They were not helpful and very rude.Reviewed Dec 28 2021

Cons:I specifically rented a cargo van because I needed to move furniture. When I arrived to pick up the car, the staff told me they did not have a cargo van available - and the only vehicle they could give me was an old, worn-out minivan. As a result, I was not able to complete the move as planned. Further, the staff was not helpful in any fashion and simply told me there was nothing else they could do - it was a take or leave it situation. Pros:The staff at this location was terrible. Josh was rude and incompetent. We ended up using Enterprise instead of Hertz. Terrible customer service.Cons:Poor communication from this Hertz in Park City. They did not have a car for us when we arrived, even though we had a reservation.
