My only issue was not being to rent the car due to my Drivers license expiring the next day the 29th. I don't think the car was inspected very well prior to me renting it. There was sticky stuff on the inside of the front passenger window that prevented the window from going down in a few instances. All the staff I encountered whether in person or on the phone were very pleasant and efficient. When I needed to call the customer support number, the options were very confusing. I needed to report an issue, but it wasn't an emergency, and there was not an obvious choice, so that was very frustrating. The car also smelled like a smoker. Silver Springs location is remote but the personnel couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Very pleasant. Of course, they didn’t have the car I wanted or reserved, but were accommodating and we worked out a deal. Enjoyed the car they rented me.Reviewed Sep 20 2022

I made my reservation to pick up at PVD and when I arrived, it was changed to a downtown Providence location. Costed me an additional $100 in airport fees, taxes, tourism fees. I will NEVER rent from Hertz againReviewed Nov 9 2021

The car was filthy and smelled terrible. We were driving to our wedding and had to have the wedding dress dry-cleaned before the ceremony because the car smell attached itself to the dress. There was a used, bloody band-aid on the rear floor of the car.Reviewed Nov 3 2021
