Our experience with hertz was excellent. We landed in Gatwick and walked to Hertz from the airport which was not very far. The car was ready and we had an upgrade to an automatic and I think the car was a bit bigger too. So all in all we are very happy with our experience. The car was very economical it was a Toyota four door CR hybrid. Thank you kayak for organising this, can’t fault anything. Drop-off was very smooth, we arrived half an hour before we had to drop it off someone was there immediately to assess it and we were told there was zero problems so no extra charges.
