Cons: First car wouldn’t start. Second car took a day to get. Charged me another $135. When I turned it in . I feel I’ been “ROBBED “ . Paid for 7 days only got 6 days plus had to pay an extra $135 dollars for nothing. You all should be ashamed and prosecuted.

Sun City Hertz
Cons: When we tried to use a different card to use a different driver, they said that we couldn't. We could only use the card we used online.We showed them the terms that were online and they ignored them. My wife was not feeling well and we wanted to change drivers but did not want to pay the extra. Poor service, no options and either the terms on the site were wrong or they don't know what their terms are. Last time with Hertz.

Disrespectful staff-unprofessional
Pros: Car was great
Cons: The young girl was disrespectful. No apologies for her mistake. Did not smile or thank us or say “I hope you’ll come again” Left A very bad taste.

Pros: The workers at the office were great.
Cons: The car was in very poor condition, it had a huge dent in the back of the car plus scratches all over. And the inside of the car smelt like cigarettes.

Pros: The car
Cons: Car wasn't there when I went to pick it up. I had to return the car during closed hours. When i called to confim the return of the car, the representative said I hadn't returned the key and tried to sell me a story of trying to contact me on the phone to return the key. When I questioned him about parts of this story he miraculously found the key. The only upside of this rental experience was the car I finally did get was really nice.

Cons: Optional insurance was not needed or explained upon purchase as my own car insurance provided same coverage. Also, coverage is only reimbursed after you pay out of pocket for initial repairs.
