Cons: Truck was filthy. Beat up. Tires low . Had to wash truck and inflate all tires before use.

Cons: The office and staff were unprepared for us and others. On the plus side, they gave us a timely ride to the airport after drop off.

Cons: My flight was cancelled, so I never got to RI. I called to cancel the car and was transferred more than 4 times and never got an answer to the question would I be charged for the rental. All other vendors refunded my money cause of the it wasn't my fault due to Florence. I will never ever rent from such a poorly run rental company.

Cons: The web site listed the location of the rental pick up as the Providence Airport. However, it was NOT in the airport and I had to pay additional airport taxes. This was misleading.
Cons: I had an off airport pick-up location which didn't reflect any savings from the convenience of a short walk to an on site airport location.
Pros: Customer service was excellent!
Cons: When I dropped off the rental on Sunday they were closed but confirmed on Monday they received the rental.
Pros: The 2 guys at the desk were amazing! Friendly & very knowledgeable to the area. They went above and beyond. Thanks for taking some of the anxiety off.
Cons: The location indicated that this site was in the terminal when in fact it wad off site with no shuttle available. Cost me additional in airport taxes.
Cons: We got the car with 3/4 tank full of gas and had to bring it back with a full tank. I thought that was just ridiculous. I often rent cars for work, and I have never picked up a car with less than a full tank of gas. The window wiper was half broken which was dangerous considering it was a rainy day. the top part of the window never was fully wiped of rain. Location wasn't great either. It was close to the airport, but not close enough to walk with baggage and almost too close to Uber.
