The office rented our car to someone elas and when we arrived, they argued with us. We did not leave with a car and had to hire a taxi to take us elsewhere. Horrible office.Reviewed Oct 15 2024

Rented a minivan weeks in advance, showed up and they didn’t have the vehicle. Vehicle did not perform the necessary functions I needed from the minivan, was in need of service per the dealership, and was significantly less fuel efficient. Spent hundreds more in gas and could’ve just used our personal SUV for the trip for free. Manager was unwilling to fix the issue and tried to lie about the situation to avoid doing anything. No wonder this company is on the verge of bankruptcyReviewed Oct 4 2022
