Cons:They didn't honor my reservation. Why do you even offer them as an option???
Pros:All staff in Indy airport were excellent, friendly and very helpful.
Pros:Price was the deal breaker very affordable
Pros:5 of us traveling to the women's final 4- got a brand new Rogue- fit all our luggage & 5 of us comfortably

Pros:It was all very smooth. Pick up easy and not too time consuming, drop off the same way. Evweyone was very polite and helpful.
Pros:Picking up the car at the airport location was very easy. Outside of them trying to find a car for me, pretty seamless

It was a small office away from the airport and the folks there provided fast, friendly assistance.
Cons:We did not rent the car, had to find one at a different agency to leave on vacation and nothing was as we were told on the website. Don't use Hertz, ever. Added costs of $450.
The Danville team accommodated my needs, even though it was busy and there was a high demand on their time. They made the process easy.
