Picking up the vehicle went smoothly, and the price was very competitive compared to other options. Our only point of friction is that a witch must have cursed us to always get Jeep Gladiators when we rent cars without specifying a model. We drove around in a big goofy Tonka Truck for the whole holiday, for a second time, to the amusement of all our friends we saw. Who even rents Jeep Gladiators on purpose? Paid for a car and then due to a flight delay I got to the desk 10 minutes after they closed. I called them before boarding to tell them about my delay and was told I would have the car I paid for waiting for me but that didn’t happen. Called customer service again and was told everyone went home for the day and I couldn’t get a car. Easily one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever dealt with.Reviewed Jul 6 2021
