Convenient, fast, and friendly
Pros: Loved that the pickup area was onsite at the airport. Maybe because of the time I got there, there was no waiting. Checkout was prompt, easy, and staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that I did not have to document every single scratch or dent on the car before I left. I like that cars are equipped with toll sensors so that if I accidentally get on to a toll road, although I will have to pay the toll, there's no additional penalty/fees. I was given XM radio free of charge and that just put the icing on the cake. Very happy!

Pros: Process was great. Value was awesome.
Cons: Car was not full when we picked up but Hertz took off last day as compensation.

Feel I got screwed
Pros: Car was new, that was nice
Cons: Had extra charges, I wasn't expecting when I got there. I had shopped for best price and paid in advance. When I got there, I owed $46 more dollars. The guy basically said that's just the way it is. He asked me if I was dropping at different location. I said, No. I am dropping right here at airport, like the reservation says. He still charged me a $14.99 Inner City Fee. I was able to get that back after making 2 phone calls and wasting 30 minutes of my time. I told him, what good does it do me to shop best price, is you are going to surprise me with extra fees. I probably rent a car 10-12 times a year. I just go with best price. I have NEVER had this happen before. If this is Hertz way of sucking in a customer, i will no longer rent from Hertz. By the way, i was left on hold with customer service for 12 minutes. Hertz treats their paying customers terrible.
