Pros:all was as they said
Cons:We would like to have extended our rental by 2 hours but they said they'd charge for a full day so we did not extend it.
Cons:Less hidden fees
Cons:No good drop off point at this airport. We had to walk across and then walk all the way back to the other side of the airport. Car was not cleaned on the outside.
I’m President Circle in my car was not ready, I had to use a Budget. :(((
Pros:Super fast and easy drop off
Cons:Want much to comment on. All we did was drop the car off and that was super easy.
Cons:Hertz does not inform their employees that rent the cars about their closed (For ever) locations for drop off. These locations no longer exist. I went to three closed locations before I finally found one that still existed.
Pros:Rental location was perfect..., just outside the terminal.
Cons:This car did not have push button ignition and I ended up having to call Roadside Assistance to unlock the car because I inadvertent left the key on the seat and locked the door. I will never ever rent another car that does not have push button ignition... as this incident cost me $84 to get the car unlocked to retrieve the keys.
Pros:The car was clean, late model not too many miles. About what you'd expect. Only concern was The scuffs/paint from other cars on the front And rear bumper. Was not told about this Ahead of time was concerned they would think I caused the damage. I've experienced this With other rental companies my opinion is that Damage should be disclosed up front so as to Relieve the customer of any fear of being held Responsible for pre existing damage.
Pros:PIckup and dropoff was was quick
Cons:Nothing much - it was a good experience
Pros:The women at the counter was amazing. She was a true professional under extreme stress. There were no.cars avafor.pick up and people were very upset.
Cons:Not waiting for well over an hour for my rental.
