Pros:Rental Agency is not at the airport. This was not clear when it was booked. It appeared to be at the airport on the web site. Shuttle service was haphazard at best. Service was haphazard as well. The people were nice but the office was chaotic and the wait was long both picking up and dropping off.
Pros:The employees were all so friendly and helpful. The service for pickup and drop off was simple and fast.

Pros:Being picked up and dropped off was so very helpful. Saved me a lot of hassel and I will be using enterprise from now on when I need a car.
Easy pick up. Car had a damaged bumper when I picked it up, but it was documented. When dropping it off at the end point, they questioned the bumper multiple times and made it seem like it never should have been on the road.

Cons:The car was not available and I had to get in touch with other car rental companies at the very last minute. We were nearly late.

Cons:The car was filthy and rattling. Ripped up seats in the back..... and the desk guy in key west was so rude and non helpful
