Pros:People were friendly
Cons:Car wasn't ready for over an hour. Also many other customers were also having to wait as there were not any cars available even though we all had reservations and confirmation numbers.

Pros:Went in, signed, got the key, took the car. Later returned it within minutes.

Cons:The car was dirty and not in the slot # I was told. So I'm wandering with my luggage and tired from traveling. The front desk lady was rude.

Pros:The agent was initially unhelpful when she realized the reservation was not a one way but that's what we were doing. But then she jumped on the ball and found a way to make it work. Also, we got a mustang convertible when we had rented an economy class car. So that was great.
Pros:The customer service with Budget was great. Both of the reps I dealt with in person were kind, helpful and went above and beyond. I had to change my reservation and the rep on the phone made it seem less. I will definitely use Budget again!
It was a good rental. The only problem we had was after flight delay and we landed in Key West the Budget rental booth was closed! We had to go to the Hertz booth to rent a car to get us to our house.

Cons:Booked a car through kayak, drove to key west to pick it up to be told that they don't have the car and they couldn't help us. Poor service all round
Pros:The agent in Key west was able to find me a car 1 hr earlier than my reservation and change the drop off
Cons:I got misinformation about vehicle availability from an agent on the phone the day before, I had called the 305 area code # & she told me that you didn't need to change the reservation ahead of time - the agents could do it at the airport, this was not the case when I got to the Key west airport, the agent said I should have changed it ahead of time.
