Pros:They did at least finally find me a vehicle after hanging out in the office more than an hour.
Cons:They shouldn't have rented a car if they didn't have cars. I had a reservation and showed up and they said they didn't have any cars. It took my prodding to get the person behind the counter to call around and try to find one at another location nearby. Then I realized after the fact I had been overcharged for an upgrade. I'm trying to get that resolved now.
Cons:I was unable to pick up my rental car from the airport because I was using my debit card and didn’t have a flight ticket? This was the worse experience ever! I had talked to someone over the phone and I told her I did NOT have a flight and she failed to tell me her “policies” about debit card use at the airport location. I had to stay overnight at a near by hotel and ended up spending 4X more money since I was forced to buy an air flight ticket to come home.

Pros:Close to the airport, 15$ taxi only. Way less expensive than Airport one. Car ewas ready, clean and very good. People were nice and did not push hard to get all insurance options like other companies

Pros:The vehicle was ready to be picked up on time.
Cons:The vehicle was filthy when I picked it up. There was food and personal items (sunglasses) under the seat, and the attendant was offended when I suggested that they didn’t clean it well enough. I dropped it off 2 hours early and now I have a mysterious $25 charge that the customer service rep cannot explain. The location is called CENTRAL EL PASO HLE. I am usually willing to pay a little more for a better experience. Hertz El Paso certainly did NOT deliver.
Pros:Easy drop-off at El Paso airport. Good car. Clean.
Cons:Pick up took a long time. Counter was busy and only 1 staff who needed help. Prepaid for rental and had to return home due to emergency 3 days before I had planned and could not get reimbursed for the time I returned the vehicle. So glad I didn't get any upgrades at the counter because I would have been out of more money. Lesson learned.
Pros:Car was excellent after Christina helped me out.
Cons:Front desk lady was ubrupt and when asked if I could have a Yukon or similar she said no this is what you got. Walked out to the car and was an older expedition that stunk and smaller in size than a Tahoe or Yukon. Not to mention it was parked by three Yukons which was stated they were out. I was not happy. Leaving the lot Christina helped me out an knew I was unhappy and quickly stated we have yukons available. She quickly changed my vehicle in a matter of 5 minutes and I was a happy camper.
Pros:Staff was friendly and was able to get me on my way quickly.
Cons:Vehicle could have been full when I picked it up instead at half tank, making easier to return full
