Pros:Easy pick up and drop off. Had to upgrade and did not cost a fortune. What I was quoted was what I paid.

Pros:Counter guy was helpful in double checking rental details and check in lady hustled over to read the odometer and check us out.
Cons:I missed the sign that identified Payless counter same as Avis (El Paso airport) and had to ask the check out guy where it was
Cons:The cancellation. I booked a car and was under the impression I could drop it off in another location. The employee at the El Paso airport location told me that wasn’t the case. And that I can’t have my money back. Never picked up the car but still charged. Very very shitty

Pros:Ease of pick up and return.
Cons:The vehicle was dirty when I picked it up. Low tire air alert was on, 10 minutes after leaving the airport. The drink holders, back seat and trunk area still had trash and spilled stuff. The vehicle sounded horrible. Had to keep refilling the tire with air.
Pros:Price quote was complete with taxes and fees, so I knew what we were in for. Staff was professinal.
Cons:Took a while to get the car ready for us.
