Car that I rented had over 50K miles. Dented, scratched, bad shocks and just drove terribly. Car should not have been part of the rental fleet.

Picking up the vehicle was a nightmare. The computer system was updating and kept going down. Took over two hours standing in line and to actually get my vehicle. Drop off was very easy.

I never rented the car. Went in at my 4pm reservation time and there were 5 individuals/families in front of me. Waited 30 minutes; no one had been given a car. I asked the sole attendant what the issue was and he said there were system issues. He suggested I come back in 30 minutes. I came back an hour later. 3 of the 5 individuals were still waiting. I gave it another 30 minutes and at 6pm I told him to cancel our reservation and I walked over to National. I had a car in 15 minutes.

The rude worker at the counter made us uncomfortable. He told us multiple things that were untrue in an effort to get us to pay for a more expensive vehicle and to purchase additional options and insurance.

Didn’t rent the car because they require you to purchase the insurance. $50 turned into $450 so we walked away and took the bus. Was a great trip regardless.
