Pros:I liked the friendly staff. They were kind when I had to wait 20 minutes for my car to be cleaned and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Made the wait more tolerable for sure!
Cons:A little pricey, but I hnderstand the market and season is just high priced
Pros:Hertz staff were extremely helpful. Some of the roads were closed on our route so they helped program our GPS to avoid those roads and gave suggestions of places to stop on the way.
Cons:Expidia canceled my reservation and refused to help get me another one.
Pros:Drop off was quick and simple.
Cons:They did not have the car we rented in advance available. The replacement was larger however. Prior to arriving we emailed the hire centre and asked about car seats - how many would fit and what would be needed. The advice was that three seats would fit in the back. Even in the larger replacement car this was clearly false.
Pros:We had a last min. change of plans that brought us to Iceland for a few days. Hertz was great at getting us a rental car with virtually no notice. Wonderful people at the desk and a far better car rental experience then anything I've used in the US
Cons:The shuttle back to our hotel was a surprise bonus!
Pros:The team at the Hertz. The pick up and drop off was excellent!

Pros:Really easy process. Great car. We spent what was promised. No added fees.
Cons:No one there at the drop off, difficult to find and the insurance was confusing. Wouldn't hire with this company again.

One our window shield wipers needed to be replaced but overall everything else was great
