The pick up and dropoff of the car was easy for me, but I had to chase down the lot attendant to close out the rental. There wasn't anyone at the counter. The car had quite a few dents and nicks, but the attendant noted them correctly at checkout. Overall a good experience.

The car was great. The agents were appallingly overworked and cruelly outnumbered. Budget set this poor folks up for failure. I was over 3 hours to get my car in a line that was much worse than any customs line. People were melting down around me. Budget created an unsafe environment for us. I would need a very, very good reason to ever book with budget again. I should have been home by 10 pm after 14 hours of traveling by air. Instead, I didn’t get home until 1 am. Unethical practices of taking advantage of both your agents and customers need to end. This was a horrific experience. I’m sharing the experiences with all friends, family, colleagues, and strangers who will listen. Don’t let this happen to you.

Everything from budget was great aside from sketchy, scary and suspicious activity happening outside the store when I wanted to do the key drop off. There were a group of three people waiting for me to leave my rental to do the drop off,, they kept pacing between the box and the back of my car (2 males and a female. I felt very unsafe and I am convinced they were waiting for me to drop it off so they can take the key away from me and steal the rental. Please implement more security for night time drop-offs.

I reserved my car a month in advance. My payment was to be $125. When I got there I received a suv and my bill was $191. I had to walk two blocks to pick up my suv from a parking lot in the rain. The medi screen was black and I had no idea how to fix it. My friends who are seniors had a really hard time getting in and out of vehicle. My experience was not a good one sorry to say. When I returned the suv no one came to look it over with me. Very unprofessional. Cheers Heather

Took two hours to get a vehicle reserved two weeks in advance. And , I couldn't get the vehicle I reserved.
