Cons:Called contact center to see if possible to change pickup location without changing any other aspect of order and if not to leave as was. Put on hold half hour, transferred to someone who had seemed to think wanted to place new order, transferred back but that person suddenly was feeling very ill and couldn't continue call but i would be "called back". Never contacted, checked online and lucky i did as apparently my reservation was now cancelled but had no notifications. Called back, apparently this person couldn't actually access the order but said was still there, transferred, this person did confirm was cancelled, reprocessed at a higher price. When picked up, didn't know i was coming, I asked SPECIFICALLY if car had winter tires as they are a legal requirement in the area i was going to at this point in the year. Told all weather tires were the same thing. Hit heavy snow in the high mountain passes - Those tyres are not the same at all. Ended up in a dangerous situation because Hertz had not adhered to the local laws and outfitted their cars appropriately. A terrible experience from start to finish.

Cons:I didnt like the fact that you guys double your prices at an off airport location which happens to be the nearest location. Also, I hate the fact that I couldn't return at a different location closer to airport to save me the burden of coughing up $45 for a cab ride.
