Cons:I went for they pick the car and got a minivan. You saves your money but you takes your chances

Cons:I wanted to add third party liability insurance to the car, so I called head office and they guid me to a branch in 7319 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC V3W 5A8 and they assure me that I can add this service out there. I drove 2 hours to get there and discuss 2 hours with the guy who was there and he was so impolite and finally he didn't do this service for us, also I recalled head office and they confirmed me that it should be done there, We loose a half day of our vacation beside that we were insulted and we didn't receive any service.

Cons:I booked a Jeep grand Cherokee or similar and was offered a VW tiguan which is much smaller. Was therefore forced to pay a lot more to get a suitable car
