Pros:It was great on the Burlington, VT end. The worst at the New Bern, NC end
Cons:Got to New Bern, NC to return the car and no attendant could be found. Waited almost an hour and no one showed at the counter nor did they answer phone when I tried that. Left key and car. Receipt emailed me charged different rates than quoted thru Hertz on paperwork when car picked up. Tried calling Hertz and couldn’t get a person. Will call Credit card company to negate charges.
Pros:Easy to get in and out of the airport in VT Pleased with the car.
Cons:The salesman did not tell us where to pick up the car so we ended up wandering a bit before figuring out where we had to go.
Pros:Everything was great! On the phone and in person, the gentleman at the Hertz counter at BTV was friendly and very helpful. Thank you.

Pros:The representative in Vermont was very knowledgeable and helpful. We received a discount on our upgrade. Car had many extra features
Cons:Sirius radio stopped working halfway through trip. Representative at Mammoth Lake location was uninformed and not very helpful.

Cons:Car had a bad odor. Quoted price ends up being misleading as the total was double once all extras/fees/taxes/etc are added.
Cons:They didn't have the vehicle I had reserved and I had to go to another car rental agency to get a different car ... I want my money back.
Pros:Easy pick up and drop off. Friendly Staff.
Cons:Final bill has some surprise misc charges and I am having trouble finding a person to help to explain and reverse.
Pros:I wanted to thank you for saving me money and helping me pick up my stuff and get to my new job. Could not have done it without you. I got to see Graceland, visit Beale street, see the Clinton library and visit his childhood home in Hope. It was a great trip. Could you hook me up for Christmas and New Years?
Cons:The inside light did not work, the staff at Hertz was not too friendly, they sent me to the wrong car spot, not too professional.
Pros:Staff was friendly, very knowledgeable, helping me make decisions based on my needs, and was aware of the need to be safe during my travel.
