Pros:Reservation was cancelled by Hertz without any reason. They have claimed that that was a wrong reservation due to technical error. Finally they have charged me 2-3 times more of original rate
Pros:Very bad condition plus the car I reserved was a Toyota Yates instead of being upgraded I was downgraded to Honda city which had terrible air conditioner and horrible wobble when approaching speed of 80km and above
Cons:i booked through KAYAK and before one day i called hertz and make sure everyhting is good and they told everything is perfect after reaching on airport hertz counter told me rate error is their and we can't give you car in same rate and they charged me 3 times. they are ripping of customer by such scheme and on dubai airport hertz franchise give to some other company anf they did not honor hertz rates confirmation and rip you off so take care and don't book from hertz.
Pros:the rate given was almost the same (+4 AED). they gave me a free upgrade the car was not bad the staff was courteous
Cons:the fuel was not full infact it was even lower than what was indicated on the checkout sheet the return process was not explained clearly the counter was mismanaged at the Abu Dhabi airport
When my contract was ending and I call they offer me same rate and suggested to continue

Cons:I made a booking for a Lexus LS or similar and when I reached hertz offer they informed me that my booking was for Lexus IS. I contacted the Hertz office and they told me they cannot do anything. Also, contacted Kayak and the issue was not resolved. I received the worst customer service experience and I will never use Kayak to book again.
Cons:I rent the car for one day and u charged me 2 days. Not fair.
Pros:The availability of the car made things smoother at pick up.
Cons:The fact that the car had to be picked up from terminal 1 was kind of annoying. Especially when I was traveling from terminal 2.
