Car was not equipped with an adapter to charge it at alternative locations. No one even told me how to put the car in drive and drive it.

We will never use budget at LIH again. This is the second time in a row that the service was beyond poor.

I was unable to rent from Budget when I arrived at the airport having prepaid my full rental for $750 they denied the rental saying it was a credit issue . Insane . Do I went next door and got a much better car for $475 at Enterprise . Budget should not do this to people who book and prepay in advance its just a terrible business model . I will never use them !!

Didn't get a car because they wouldn't accept a debit card. Still charged a 50 dollar "no show" fee.

Good customer service and quick pickup/dropoff. Car had a bit of a smoke smell for the first day but then dissipated so I assume the person using the car before us was a smoker.

Budget said our code was invalid which it confirmed by phone the day before. Almost an hour was wasted before our reservation was honored.
