Car was Ok service not.
Pros: Rental was good. However returning not so much. As the only customer in the store I waited for almost an hour as the associates answered phones and chatted amongst themselves completely ignoring my presence. It was like I was invisible. I got to hear about how much the associate disliked her boyfriend and how the general manager was useless. Next time I'll pay more and go to enterprise. Just an FYI I don't want to know who is dating who in your organization. Last time will ever rent from Hertz.

Cons: Did not mention details for each service cost. I ended up with a $1000 bill for only a-week rent.

Cons: Our flight was delayed by over an hour and by the time we landed the rental counter was closed. I was unable to contact them due to the fact that I followed the rules by turning my cell phone off once the cabin door was closed. I feel that hertz should ensure all flights are in prior to closing. I call customer service and told it was completely my fault and I was left stranded over 60 miles from final destination. I was only told to get a hotel room and wait til morning. This would all have cost me more money that I was not willing to spend. I will never rent from hertz again even as a last resort.

Carol was awesome!
Pros: Carol, the receptionist in Syracuse at pick-up was phenomenal! Engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. Rate was incredible and size of car for the metal class was great. Maybe the best rental car experience I have had.
