Pros: Staff were friendly but ultimately unhelpful
Cons: Requested vehicle was not available. Upgraded to an SUV which meant exorbitant gas consumption and ridiculously increased cost. No offer to obtain another car from a nearby sister store.

Cons: Waited an hour for the car. Other cars were available but I was not offered a no charge upgrade. Was told I could pay an additional $20/day for a car if I did not want to wait, after I had already waited 30 minutes. Worst rental car experience in the 35 years that I have been traveling on business.
Cons: We had reserved the car for an 8am pickup. We were late. We arrived at the storefront a few minutes after 9am. This was for a pre-paid pick up of a minivan. Since we were late (a bit more than an hour) they gave the vehicle for which we had prepaid to someone else, and did not have another for us.

Cons: I had to wait what seemed like forever in the rental center b/c there was only one employee who was working and he had to clean cars to rent. We were later in the day than intended and they gave away our prepaid suv leaving us with a small sedan. Their attempt to compensate was insufficient

Cons: The car smelled of SMOKE. Yuck!
Pros: The desk agent at pickup was good.. dropoff was odd because it was so early in the morning, there were no people anywhere, not in the parking area and not at the desk inside the terminal. I had to just leave the keys in a questionable-looking box and hope that was what I was supposed to have done.
Cons: If you know your return is going to be outside of business hours, ask the agent at pickup exactly how that will work! No one needs to be confused at 5:30 in the morning when they have a plane to catch.
Cons: When I arrived in Syracuse there was a line 40 Deep with only 2 people providing cars. Not great planning was it?
Pros: Not much - staff poorly trained, manager demonstrated zero courtesy, not the slightest bit apologetic that our car was not available...
Cons: Almost everything, including providing the compact vehicle we rented and instead insisting there was a misunderstanding on our part, hence the subcompact Fiesta we were given. Overall a lousy experience that could have been much better had the personnel had a clue about customer service.
Cons: Well simple, my car return destination was 20 miles from the airport? Why? It took me an hour to straitened this out. I returned from where I rented. Then they advised that I should always check the return spot? Never ever heard of such nonsense in 40 years of rental. Never again.
Pros: Making the rental was fine. I got to the airport they would not take my charge cards because it needed the chip. And it needed to be a charge, not a debit. I had three cards all debit. I also could. Not pay cash. I also could not have my daughter pay with her card over the phone. So I. Did not
