Pros: Nothing
Cons: They literally didn't have any cars available. Multiple people there had reservations but we were all told that they didn't have any cars and maybe someone would bring back a car, in which case we could get one. Had to cancel the reservation and get one from Enterprise instead, almost missed a wedding.
Pros: Service was great. I got my car within minutes.
Cons: The rental uses a near by hotel parking for returns. It was hard to find parking.

Cons: They didn’t have a car available. Only solution offered was wait between 2-4 hours for them to drive in cars. I was 5th on the waiting list for cars that were previously paid for and reserved.
Cons: Pick up and drop off very inconvenient, plus paid rental in advance, when I turned in car there was an extra 100. charge. Make sure you fully read the small print. I'm a hertz gold member and wa as really suprised hertz did this. Never seen it before. I will def look into other companies in future.
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to get the car I wanted, it was new and clean, and it was easy to get in and out of the Long Beach airport
Cons: The pickup was slow, it took almost half an hour and I was the third person in line when I arrived. It appeared to me that the two staff people were going out of their way to help meet the needs of their customers and it took a long time.
Cons: The customer service at this location is terrible. I will never use hertz again.
