Cons:The price I thought I was paying and the price at the counter was triple. Why can’t the website be clear regarding cost?

Pros:First of all, they did not have a car for us, that we reserved. So we had to go to a different hertz across town and get one there at an incredibly inflated cost. More than twice as much. Second of all, the car they gave us, was quite possibly the worst car I have ever driven in my life. A really unsafe and insecure car. Third, when I returned the car, the agent refused to call me a cab and told me I had to walk to the airport to find one. It was an expensive and awful rental experience. I will never rent from them again. Honestly I feel completely ripped off of $1200, when it was supposed to be $500. So so so disappointed. I will also be writing a letter to hertz about this, as I feel scammed and honestly felt unsafe in the car.

Completly unreliable and not trustworthy. We booked a car the night before and called half an hour before the scheduled pick-up only to arrive at Hertz where they told us that no cars were available.

Cons:No one knew where the Hertz kiosk was. No signs to direct you. No sign on the pickup van or where you needed to be to get picked up. Not user friendly

Pros:The car was ok.
Cons:Hertz staff are quite unprofessional, disrespectful and uninformed. Besides charging me almost twice as much due to out-of-the-blue fees (including "hotel fees," and a supposed sales tax of 64%, which was further taxed at the end), when I requested to talk with the manager, the sales person said he was needed at some other location, which was evidently false as I could confirm when I said I could wait. The manager refused to talk with us, notwithstanding the fact that he was there the whole time. By the time we left having paid an excess of 40 dollars, the office was crowded with upset customers who Hertz staff were ignoring.

Cons:We arrived within the 2 hour pickup window clearly stated on the customer rental agreement. However, both the sales rep (and the manager) would not recognize our rate and were pushing us to pay $240 more for the 1 day rental. When we refused, they started bargaining - reducing it to $120 USD, then $85 as their "final offer." As a global brand, we expected Hertz to maintain it's quality - no matter its location. We were hoping to avoid such bad experiences like this by going with your company. We ended up just canceling the car for the day -- missing all the activities we already planned and booked for the day (losing that money and our valuable vacation time).

Cons:The cars ar this location are in very poor conditions. The you lady at the airport counter was extremely rude. The first car that we picked up didnt even have good breaks. We has to call the customer service to report the poor condition the vehicle was in.
