Cons:I booked a convertible from Miami International Airport to Key West. When I showed up at the Hertz counter I was told my car was to be picked up at a different location in Miami, I showed Hertz my email confirmation detailing the pick up at MIA with the address of the MIA rental center and they refused to honor the reservation, the manager refused to come out and speak with me. I was then told they had no convertibles and while I was discussing this my girlfriend booked a convertible from Hertz on her phone and went to the counter and of course they had one. When I said we would take that car which was what I booked and requested them to honor the Kayak price on my confirmation email (which was $50 less) they refused. It was embarrassing how poor the customer service was. I would never use Kayak or Hertz again.
Pros:Fast pick. Fast and easy drop off.
Cons:The car filthy dirty.
Pros:The drop-off was great! Super fast and easy. Nice car, clean and comfortable.
Cons:I waited 45 minutes in line to pick up the car. There were 3 agents there, one who was actually checking customers in. I'm not sure what the other two were doing. Customers were noticeably upset.
Cons:Getting out of the garage with the car took awhile.
The people were very busy at pickup. Tried to call to alert late arrival. Negative point was I went to Airport to change drop off because of change of business meeting and they said no. Almost missed flight even though I returned vehicle early . Miami traffic even though I returned vehicle 2 hours early.
Every thing was fine!
Pros:I was a little late (45 minutes ) & no charge
Pros:Car was clean and drop off quick and smooth. Drop off area is best in all process.
Cons:I hope the lady works reception area more friendly and patiently.

Cons:Car was not cleaned before I received it. The car smelled really funny for a 2016. Hertz does not have a mechanism to replace credit card on a prepaid transaction!! Unbelievable!!
Pros:Nothing. I would never rent from this particular Hertz again and I don't recommend anyone rent from them.
Cons:First, this rental facility is off airport property. There is NO shuttle from the airport, which I was unaware of. I had to take a taxi for $30! I rented a "full size car", a Chevy Malibu. The car was trashed! It took myself and a Hertz employee almost 15 minutes to document all the previous damage to the vehicle. It was covered in dents, scratches. The rims were damaged from grinding on curbing and were filthy. The Hertz employee told me the car was damaged "during Spring Break" rentals. The inside of the car was clean with the exception of the interior glass. I would have refused the vehicle under any other circumstances but I was pressed with time so after carefully documenting, including photos, the damage I accepted it. I was returning the vehicle at 4:00AM because of an early flight. I then was told that this particular Hertz has NO drop box! I was told that I could return the vehicle this to the airport at an additional cost of over $50! Once again, I had no choice. I had to take the hit. Rent from this Hertz at your own peril.
