First off, it took forever to get the vehicle out of the garage, because they only had two tellers working. And after explaining to the lady that I have to make a 700 mile trip and requesting an economy gas vehicle, I was given an electronic vehicle without asking or being told so I had to get the vehicle towed to a charging station. It took me 11 hours to get to Daytona Beach. Where the lady at the airport was kind enough to exchange it for a different car. Great experience, I was stranded in Miami due to Hurricane Helene because all flights were cancelled. I got a car quickly from Hertz one way to Atlanta and it was amazing. I will definitely use them again.Reviewed Sep 28 2024

Horrible car, the entire thing shook if you drove over 45. Brakes made horrible squeaking noise. Poor air-conditioning, and dirty. Felt like a very old model, and it certainly needed to be worked on.Reviewed Jan 17 2024
