Pros:Took 2 minutes to drop off the car. Fast & Friendly Service.
Cons:Nice van for a fair price. DO buy the toll package in Miami.
Cons:The line for pick up was 3x longer than any other line in the miami airport, thrifty center was shutdown sonhad to stand in line for the dollar rental. Back windows of our car did not roll up all the way when putting the top up so had to manually pull them back into place. Will choose another rental company if visiting miami again.

Cons:Kayak search for FLL airport options gave me larger radius options that lead to wrong location booking Thrifty/Dollar: Increased my rate at desk Did not update my return location upon rental Charged $20, for driving 21 miles after fuel top off Had poor on-site customer service (adversarial or not helpful staff) Had rate increased at check in and needed to contact national customer service line to correct issue. I will never rent from Thrifty or Dollar again - I will tell every person I know that they should never rent from Thrifty or Dollar. I have joined the National Car Rental Emerald Club for future rental car rentals. Additionally, given this experience I'm unlikely to use Kayak again for my searches for travel services.
Pros:The sales person I picked the car up from was a bit abrupt, but everyone else was phenomenal to work with. When picking up my vehicle I had to switch from a mid-sized SUV to a sedan because of parking limits at my hotel; the staff was great to work with. On returning the vehicle I explained that after I had initially driven a while I got out to go into a store and came back out, noticing on my way back to the car a loose part underneath the car, as well as a ding on the side. I told the lady when I returned it that I thought those were there when I got the car, and she accepted what I said and was great to work with. I had been concerned I was going to have a dispute when I returned the car, but it wasn't the case. I would use Thrifty again.

Cons:The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. I was told that I can choose from options for the car. I went down and asked what options I have. The employee left without answering me and just brought a car back. Then told us to get in. They didn’t inspect the car with us. Then when we get in the car and were trying to get acclimated with the features of the car we noticed the sunroof wasn’t working. Asked two employees for assistance and both responded with “Figure it out”. I paid for a car that I couldn’t even use some of the functionalities and weren’t even given an option to choose a car from. I will not be using Thrifty for my needs in the future.

Cons:They didn’t have a car available and I had to rush and rent from another company at a much higher price
Pros:Speedy check in and out. The people who work at the desk put the hard sell on insurance and other additional amenities. When told that I don't need that, they continued to shame us
Cons:People who work in the garage have attitudes and are not customer friendly. Their instructions weren't clear and they are rushed.
