Pros:Was a perfect experience from start to finish. Was weary after having a bait and switch at a competitor last rental. Hertz was professional and perfect from start to finish. Will be a repeat customer for future rental needs!!
Pros:The car (Nissan Rogue) was quite roomy
Cons:I wish the Kayak Web site was clearer about where the cars are. I entered Savannah airport and ended up with a car from down town Savannah. I had to cancel and rebook for a much higher price.
Pros:The staff was awesome. It was really nice to relate to the manager and she help me put my worry at ease. The car was clean and full and spacious. The manager upgraded me for all my trouble with getting a car. I will be going back to them when it's time for me to travel again. Thank you for the great service.
Cons:I wish it was explained to me where to drop off the car when they are close.
Pros:Nothing. The place was temporarily closed. Even though I was sent a reminder email the day before.. Called Priceline to inform them and was told they apologize that their system was not updated. The only thing they could offer me was to cancel without penalty. I was set to travel out of town. Will never use again

Cons:The vehicle was scheduled for pick up at 8 am...we were able to get it at 4:15 pm..we lost a day at our condo because of this. We lost money on tickets for Disney..because of this. I scheduled it for 8 am for a reason...TERRIBLE!!!

Cons:The price I was quoted online was much, much less than what I was ultimately charged (quoted $70, charged $170). Then they charged me for what I'd pre-paid upon reservation! Extremely displeased. Will never use them again.
Cons:I paid for an SUV but was told they only had cars available and was given 1/2 tank of gas to make up for the difference. That is a joke! The car was not ready and was filthy do we had to wait while it was vacuumed and we cleaned the windows.
