Easy airport pick up and drop off. Staff spoke English. No funny business upon return. Great experience.

Charged us a lot of money for insurance when we already had insurance and did not want the insurance and didn’t realize they charged us 600 extra dollars.

Kayak was very good. Hertz pickup was very slow

The airport counter was quick, but then there was only one employee at the next level to give out the cars. The line was 15-20 people long and there did not actually seem to be any cars in the parking lot. People in the front of the line had been waiting a half hour to talk to the one employee. Others who had already talked to him were standing idly waiting for a car. We left without renting.
