Well, as you know, we’ve had some problems getting flights to go out on time and my flight was canceled. And facing long lines I decided I’ll wait for it to settle down and go another time so Frontier refunded my money hotel zero refunded my money. what did the car company I contracted through? You do charge me money $200 to cancel a $350 reservation. Do you think I’m coming back to use you again?

Checked in online the day prior to pickup. Was then asked to check in again on my way to get the car. Went to the rental counter to check in. Gave my license to the counter employee and then after several awkward minutes of no communication from the employee I asked if everything was in order. “I can’t check you in because there are no cars ready”. I then asked how long my wait would be the answer was “I have no idea”. Fortunately the car was ready in about 10 minutes. I found the car and noticed the windshield was dirty and the smell of the cleaner they use was so potent that it gave me a headache on my 16 hour drive. Long story short the car wasn’t ready, the check in employee was borderline rude and the car smell was terrible. Other than that it was great!
