We never got the vehicle and they didn't want to cancel the appointment. They charged us and we still trying to get our money back.seeking legal action

Van was not ready when needed - phone call said"flat tire" and ready "soon" - that was at 9am. It was not ready at 11 am and I needed for passengers. Went to another company and finally at 3pm - Hertz call said ready. MUCH MUCH toolate and then have the audacity to charge me $150 for cancelling rental - NEVER AGAIN WITH KAYAK OR HERTZ.

On Drop off hertz is in between the car dealership under an overhang, sign is really small. Very hard to find I had to ask a salesman as I could not see it.

They canceled my rental because they said they didn’t have any available however I was still charged $65 for which I would like a refund for!

No paperwork given on pickup, no instruction about vehicle operation. We ordered the GPS extra and it didn’t work properly, took the destination but didn’t give instructions until at least 15 minutes of driving. I told them when I returned the car and they did nothing about it

We landed at the airport and Hertz did not have any cars for numerous customers who had valid reservations.

We paid for a Honda Accord or similar, and when we arrived, we were told we were to get a Corolla. Not a "similar" vehicle. When pressed, we were offered a Nissan Altima. Again, not a reasonable comparison. We should have been offered an "upgrade" to a full-size or, at very least, something more premium. Anyway, the staff were nice.
