Pros:The price was great and staff cordial.
Cons:The car was dirty. It was stained and sticky
Cons:Getting the correct size vehicle that we booked right away instead of getting switched to a smaller vehicle and it not working for what we needed
Pros:Good customer service no long wait
Pros:I received a near new Pacifica mini-van that made a long trip much more pleasant for both my wife and me and, oh yes, our three cats too. We had it for one week as this was a one way trip from CA to ID. Pickup and drop-off was very easy, smooth and quick. I also opted for the insurance and no gas fill up upon return. Oh yea, unlimited miles included.
Cons:It was pricey but seeing as how it was one way and from California it was expected I guess. Not sure if the vehicle was checked over from the previous renter but I found what looked like that someone had keyed the left side and there was what looked like a scrape on the same side on the sliding side door. At drop-off I had to fill in a form stating that it was there when I picked up the vehicle and since it was in underground parking I didn't see it until I got it home.
Pros:Pick up was ok
Cons:Returned car pretty much full tank but needle was marginally under full and they made me go refill it or would charge me $36-40. Wasted time topping it off for $5-6 more which was less than 2 gallons. They be actin petty
Pros:The vehicle was bigger and more luxurious than the one we had booked. We had booked a Nissan Pathfinder and were upgraded to a Chevy Tahoe XLT with leather interior and apple carplay. The employee, Mrs Cibrian at the Hertz in John Wayne Airport was polite, efficient and overall very pleasant to do business with.
Cons:The vehicle started off great but after about 30 miles began to make brake noise and the braked began to fade and the vehicle would shake and squeal when coming to a stop.
Pros:It was a quick deal to get in and out
Cons:There was no shuttle from the airport. The facility was only 7 min away from the airport and no shuttle I have never been to a rental car facility that is near an airport without a shuttle
Pros:Nice clean car, easy drop off.
Cons:Pickup took forever. Short line to pick up but took so long! Not sure why. And once I get as checked in again it took a long time to actually get the car. In total from getting in line to getting the car took an hour. I’m used to other rental companies taking only about 15 minute.
Return was not good. Too many returns and not enough staff
Pros:Relatively cheap cost. Quick pick up.
Cons:Counter clerk was a bit rude and snippy at first. Car was not very clean (had dried coffee/juice on the console and steering wheel, etc.)
