Pros: Loved the valet! And the Starbucks on location! The restaurants were great!!
Cons: Did not like the pillows. I woke up with a stiff neck both mornings.
Pros: Excellent value and room design and spaciousness
Cons: Hassle to get online: last name is hyphenated and had to visit desk to resolve issue.
Cons: Bed could have been more comfortable.
Pros: Didn't attend due to not being able to get to the hotel.
Cons: Contacted Loews and cancelled the reservation without any issues, but the booking agency decided that it was within their no cancellation period, so still charged. If the hotel refunds, I fail to understand why the agency still charges?
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel looked great and the parking garage was great for us to leave our vehicle during our trip.
Pros: Stayed in numerous ohare area hotels during past five years and hands down, Loews was heads above in cleanliness, staff, and overall presentation. Spacious yet quiet, especially in a bustling area. Will be back.
Cons: We got there and we had asked for a room with two beds and they said they didn't have one when we had already made the reservation with two beds. Staff did not do anything to accomadate us. Registration lady was rude and short.
Pros: Nothing much
Cons: Pay to park even though it was that far from city, bad bathroom, no complementary breakfast
Pros: Nicely appointed room; very good about late check in despite being busy (~2am).
Cons: I had to purchase a toothbrush and have the lady and the shop tell the front desk guy (who had sent me to their shop) to give me toothpaste because they were out. A little dissapointing given the price and proximity to the airport.
Pros: Clean, cool decor, good service, good shuttle , if you are ever stuck at Ohare
Consider this hotel
Cons: Not impressed with charging to register early. And never have had a 4 pm register time.

Cons: Didnt like the fact that there was not enough spaces to park my car. The lot was completely filled, and the hotel offers no valet service. I wouldve happily paid $10-$15 for valet, instead of having to drive around the lot in circles for close to half an hour waiting for a spot to eventually open up. The staff didnt offer much helpful suggestions on where to park my car if a spot wouldnt open up. - The room was nice, clean, organized. My only complaint about the room was the bed and pillows. Most umcomfortable bed Ive ever slept on. No pillow top or decent padding on the mattress. You can literally feel the hard springs digging into your back. The pillows offer no neck support, so you pretty much have to bunch the hell out of the pillow so that at least your head and neck are comfortable. I woke up 4x during the night bc the bed was just so damn uncomfortable. -- I never write bad reviews about hotels ever because Ive always had good experiences, but being that this hotel is a Hilton, and your paying the Hilton price, the quality/experience was definitely below average and I wont stay there again. For the same price, there are far better hotels in the Rosemont/O'hare area that Ive stayed at, such as the Marriot Courtyard right next to the very same Hilton I stayed at, or the Springhill Suites less than 5minutes away. -- Overall, I wish I had my $200 back for the one night I stayed the Hilton. Not worth it.

Pros: The cleanliness, value, professionalism. Speedy check in.
Cons: The only bad thing was the thin walls, and there was a baby that would not go asleep , due to the parents wanting to party late. I could hear their whole conversation.
Pros: Great personnel. It was nice being able to sit on the couch in the dining area, have a glass of wine, and watch a Christmas show, though there were other people that made quite a bit of noise and were not respectful of others. Enjoyed the short stay.
Pros: love the suite, love the price
All-Suites hotel's guests in Glenview IL have it all. The Staybridge Suites®Glenview hotel is located among the vast forest preserves just north of Chicago. Nestled in
Cons: I am in Buffalo Grove area every 3 weeks on personal business. I will not stay at Westin again. WiFi is additional cost and not cheap. Business hotels offer WiFi free of charge or included in room rate. Charged me $7 service fee for a drink from room service. The drink cost around $10. Ridiculous! When I complained, receptionist was not very interested in making a compromise or even removing it from the bill. I will not be staying at Westin again. I certainly will not recommend it.
Located just 16 miles north of O'Hare International Airport in the prestigious North Shore district, The Westin Chicago North Shore offers easy access to the Chicago Botanic Garden, the annual Ravinia Festival, and the area’s famed Restaurant Row. Pros: EXCELLENT STAFF, EXCELLENT RESPONSE TO ANY REQUEST. DELICIOUS COOKIES WERE A NICE TOUCH IN THE LOBBY. AS WELL AS THE COFFEE.
Cons: NOTHING , EVERYTHING AS GREAT, AND YES I WOULD BOOK AGAIN WHEN IN AREA.
Pros: Clean, new, fresh, great shower, great staff. Dinner in lobby restaurant was very good and reasonable. Free cookies were a nice touch. There is also a little store in the lobby to get smaller food items and forgotten travel items. I am a huge stickler for smells and this hotel smells great!
Cons: Very minor: beds were not real comfortable and not sure why. They are adjustable but I had a sore back in the morning. No free breakfast, although they have a very nice casual restaurant in lobby. Breakfast buffet was around $12 I think. For kids it was $5.99 I think. They had a cold bar breakfast option for a lower price. We ate dinner there and it was really good and fairly reasonable.

Pros: The location was perfect for our weekend events. They gave us a connected suite which out well for our needs.
Cons: The linens had rips in them. There was an exposed nail in the floorboard between the two rooms. The room was not cleaned for our second day. Very disappointing to come back after a long day and find nothing had been straightened and bath not cleaned.
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Location was a little isolated from dining spots.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: The front desk guy was absolutely wonderful He chatted with us explained everything was so helpful made us feel at home..
Pros: Room, location for my needs
Cons: No breakfast
Pros: I loved that it was clean - work out room - a place to do laundry free - free coffee a little store - it had all the conveniences and more than you would expect staying away from home
Pros: Great welcome at the front desk and I had my dog
Cons: doors were creaking
Pros: Comfortable, clean, good location. Work station in room was large for business work I needed to do.
Cons: Installation of new carpet in hallways began in morning and it was noisy. Started about 8:30.
Pros: Very clean. Very nice hotel for the price
Pros: Spacious rooms... everything worked... good shower
Cons: very poor quality bedlinens... thin... rough... I was surprised...

Cons: However, housekeeping woke us too early when they wanted to clean the room, and they did not accommodate our late checkout request.

Pros: Large Clean rooms made this the perfect stay.
Cons: Breakfast closed a bit early for my lazy sleepy kids.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and people were friendly .
Cons: The cost of the room was pretty high for one night but not too bad .
Pros: Room layout, no carpet on the floors (less allergies and overall cleaner) modern feel. A/c worked well and was very quiet. Overall the hotel was very pleasant.
Cons: Shower faucet was loose and almost falling off, towel hanger fell off from only the weight of a towel.
Cons: Stayed for 3 nights during which the TV reception was not fixed, although I (and others) reported it upon check-in.
Fitness room is smelly.
Pros: The hotel was great with a nice restaurant and bar. The staff in the restaurant and bar were fantastic, extremely nice folks.
Cons: We had to get an accessible room since my wife is in a wheelchair. The room was very nice and clean and had a roll in shower. The only thing we did not like about our room and hotel was the fact that the bed was pretty darn small. It wasn't even a queen size bed. They should probably think about putting a larger bed in the accessible rooms. That's my only complaint about the Hotel Indigo. Everything else was fantastic!
Close to local attractions and businesses the Hotel Indigo® Chicago Vernon Hills hotel is perfect for any trip business or pleasure. To put it plainly our rooms are “huge ” each with its own sitting area and our staff is passionate about providing each and every guest with personalized service. The nearby Cuneo Mansion and Gardens serve as inspiration for our hotel’s artwork and the whole space evokes an upscale feel with a front desk that occupies a two-story lobby: expansive but not at all unwelcoming. The indoor heated pool is relaxing and our martini bar serves up 25 special versions of the cocktail.
Pros: Close to O'Hare, good food in restaurant (but pricey), good conference facilities, clean, comfortable.
Cons: Slow bellhops, watered down cocktails in bar, pair of queen beds is really a pair of full size, humid in rooms, doors stuck
Pros: That it was clean and you have till 3 to check out on Sunday.
Cons: You had to pay to park
Pros: Location, van service, room for the price, VERY nice front desk staff
Cons: Noisy neighborhood near airport/flight path
Pros: Very comfortable bed and great fitness center.
Cons: Unexpected expenses such as parking when there is no other alternative to parking
Pros: I needed a clean, dog friendly hotel for the night and this hotel was everything I needed. Not many nice dog friendly hotels that don't charge you exorbitant pet fees.
Cons: Its nit-picky, but I left at 5:30 am and there was no coffee service at that hour. If that's my only complaint, its doing pretty well.
Pros: Cleanliness. Spacious. Comfortable.
Cons: Very long lines in the hotel Starbucks. Add more staff or another coffee shop.
Pros: Great customer service, I like that their airport shuttle is reliable, leaves every 15 min. I absolutely loved the room service!
Cons: Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, I found trash in the carpet. Also the coffee maker in my room wasn't working
Pros: My boyfriend and I had a flight out of O'hare early in the morning and were between staying at the Hilton or the Westin, and fortunately the Westin won. The shuttle to and from the airport was fast and our driver was very friendly. When we checked in, there was a line and somehow we were still greeted within 30 seconds, to which the front desk was so apologetic about our 'wait' (so polite)! When we asked of things around the area to do, the concierge went above and beyond as to tell us basically everything fun within a 10 mile radius. The staff was extremely friendly!
Pros: Beautiful room, Very quiet even though it was New Year's Eve.
Cons: Two couples we have adjoining rooms eventually they got our reservation correct but it took an hour.
Pros: The comfy bed
Cons: The old shower head barely working
Pros: Nice stay, comfortable, very helpful employees, close to o'hare. The parking and subsequent shuttle really started our trip out on a good note.
Cons: No problems
Located just five minutes from the airport and a mere 20 minutes from downtown Chicago, The Westin O’Hare has been recently renovated and offers easy access to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Allstate Arena, and many corporate headquarters. Business meetings are a pleasure in our refreshed event facilities, including two ballrooms, indoor amphitheater, executive boardroom, and 20 other venues. Professional meeting and culinary staff ensure your event is as seamless as it is successful. Each of our 525 updated guest rooms, including 24 suites, welcomes you with the plush Heavenly® Bed and spa-like Heavenly® Bath. Work in comfort with a large desk and ergonomic chair, or simply relax and enjoy your 42-inch flat screen TV.
Pros: The people were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful and clean. As far as location, the train station was a simple walk up the street and took you directly into the center of the city. Dinning was pricey at Gibson's but it was delicious and the service and food was wonderful.
Cons: More reasonably priced dinning areas are quite a distance up the street, which left your options fairly limited if you wanted quick and cheap. And even if you made the walk your options were limited.
Pros: Location was perfect to catch a train to Chicago. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Late night food in the lounge was very good.
Cons: Hot tub wasn't even bath water warm and the pool was cold. We found used soap on the bathroom counter when we checked in. We had to pay two days of parking because we went over 24 hours. Since the hotel suggests parking early and taking the train into Chicago, it would have been nice to get some validation for part of the parking time. They told us there would be additional charges if we parked and left for a while then parked again, but no warning about going over 24 hours of continuous parking.
Pros: The hotel, staff, and location are great.
Cons: But for the second year in a row on a Saturday night the fire alarms went off in the very early morning evacuating the guests. So in a good hotel we failed to get a good nights sleep.
Pros: All in all a great experience. If you're wanting a hotel close to the airport this is great, it's not really close to anything else. Breakfast wasn't included and I think at the price it should have been. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay very much.
Pros: Was warmly welcomed with a friendly smile and great service at the front desk...and enjoyed the warm cookie on my way up to my room. The bed was comfortable and had a good night sleep.
Cons: Wish the parking was free and not confusing when parking. The room was clean, but could be updated with a fresh new look...a little dated.
Pros: It was in a fantastic location. We could walk almost anywhere from where we were staying. Spacious room with nice amenities. Surprisingly quiet stay despite the fact it was during the weekend of Chicago Comic Con. And the service was good as well. Overall, a nice, comfortable hotel, but nothing super special.
Cons: As the same with everyone else, parking really takes a toll (pun slightly intended). And I guess, for the price, I expected something just a little nicer. You're mostly paying for the convenient location, which granted, it is. I would stay again but only after exploring other options.
Pros: Clean, king bed, rate was okay. Parking was relatively cheap.
Cons: Location was poor for getting anywhere, limited food in the area, Starbucks inside hotel was unpredictably open/closed all weekend apparently at random. Internet was expensive, and I had to pay $12.95 per day per device, so my wife and I had two phones and two iPads, very expensive, so limited connectivity. Parking was only relatively cheap if you didn't use your car all weekend; hardly anything in walking distance, so cab or pay double for parking to take your car anywhere. Location very difficult to access from freeway; you have to drive past restricted exit, get off, turn around, get back on, drive back to hotel exit. We will not stay there again.

parking was $8.00
20-25 minute drive from downtown
Pros: The location and staff were great. Room was good with the exception of the shower.
Cons: The shower
Pros: Very comfortable and convenient stay. Multiple options for parking, including a public garage attached by a covered walkway for $13 a night. If you will be coming and going a lot throughout your stay, they validate your parking so you don't pay above the $13 a day. We also thought that the small snack and sundries area was surprisingly well stocked with a good variety of food, drinks and toiletries, including microwavable dinners, salads and beer. We found it to be a good resource in a pinch.
We did not stay long (24 hours) and were very busy during our stay there so we did not get too much time to explore the area, but it appeared to have a lot of nice shops and decent eateries within walking distance. On Saturday we woke up to see out our window that a huge farmers market had set up right across the street. We were bummed we did not have time to explore that but it looked excellent.
Cons: Breakfast not included for price of room, but there is a typical continental breakfast type deal.

Pros: The staff was so nice and the rooms were super clean . First time here but definitely will be staying here again! It's close to a lot of places and right off the highway!!
Pros: Yes I enjoyed it
Pros: Great hotel. Friendly staff. Pizza delivered to our room at 1am.
Pros: House keeping was amazing and nice and helpful.
Cons: The hotel is dog friendly but hey if the dog barks three times in a period of five hours, you get a note and staff is a little rude about it. I Also, the handicap rooms are not handicap. A handicap room meeting ADA requirements means that a bathroom must be handicap accessible, not just having a tub that has a shower hose, and the grab bars are not in the right places for idea areas. THERE IS NO GRAB BARS IN THE BATHTUB! It also states that the entrance must be able to be opened...but you open the door to your room and you barely make it into the room with a wheelchair.
WHEN MY HUSBAND HAS TO PULL ME OUT OF THE TUB, I DO LOSE MY DIGNITY WHEN I called before and told them I needed a handicap accessible room and staff told me it was walk in wheelchair accessible and it was not...
You can tell they remodeled because it was a shotty job done with flacking on the ceiling, the drywall mudding, and the bathroom with the sealant. Not trying to nitpick on that but it is a national hotel so...
Pros: Great value. People were very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Proximity to family and I-294. We'd stay here again. Quiet place
Pros: Staff was very kind and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Wish the bathroom was a bit bigger. It had the shower and the toilet, but not much place to move inside the bathroom.

Cons: No microwave or mini fridge in the room and room service was a little pricey. Bathroom wasn't as nice as I expected
Pros: The facilities and staff were very nice. The restaurant and bar staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and spacious. Good location.
Cons: We booked a king bed but during check in was told the website I used is whatever is available. Wasn't happy about that. They did switch us the second night when one became available for the rest of our stay. The website thru Kayak was GetaRoom that booked the room. So I suggest to confirm your type of room before you stay if you go thru that website.
Pros: Rooms were really big, great staff, clean hotel
Pros: The young woman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. She was extremely pleasant and helped me out immensely. I can't remember her name exactly, but I believe it started with a K.
Cons: The service at the hotel bar. I stopped in twice over the weekend and could barely get the bartender or server's attention long enough to place an order or even pay the check! They were both eastern European.

Pros: A very clean hotel and the staff was very nice.
Cons: The hotel is a little hidden and there isn't anything close by.
Pros: Good location and breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The beds were very bad. We had trouble falling asleep and tossed all night just to wake up with back pain.
Pros: Staff , cleanliness and breakfast.
Pros: Having stayed here several times, it really does make a difference which side of the hall (highway vs parking lot) you end up on and I was pleased to get the quiet side.
Cons: Don't understand why anyone would put a coffee maker in the bathroom when there are plenty of other suitable surfaces not next to a toilet.
Pros: Location and price
Pros: Staff was very nice and helpful
Pros: It was really big suit. Two rooms and really big bathroom. Bathroom was at the back. But whirlpool was small.
Cons: The hotel is old. Barhtube in bathroom was realty old so they put whilte big tape to cover bottom. Discussing. Whirlpool in bedroom was small. Nice were big sizes rooms but definitely need upgrade
Pros: cleanliness, location, the pillows
Cons: breakfast buffet was so-so
Pros: Wonderful stay, definitely exceeded our expectations! The staff was very helpful, the room was spotless, and the pool clean. The hotel is very convenient for anyone needing a place near the Northern suburbs, but also convenient for the City!
Cons: Upon check in was assigned wristbands to access the pool.was told that we wouldnt be able to use pool without them on.Ive never seen where adults were req.to wear wristbands like a kid.Breakfast was subpar.Unruly kids pulled fire alarm twice.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Could have had some kind of mystery meat as part of the breakfast and chopped the scrambled eggs into a million pieces but no big deal
Pros: The room was huge with a great sitting area. The king bed was very comfortable and the pool and hot tub were great. Easy access to interstate.
Cons: Restaurants were not very close to this hotel.

Pros: My wife and I stayed one night and parked for eight days while went out of town. Great, knowledgable staff, wel-maintained property and prompt shuttle to O'Hare made this an easy, comfortable, trouble-free solution for a week out of town. Highly recommend the hotel and especially the Par n Fly option.
Pros: Clean, comfortable rooms
Pros: Beds comfortable, room clean, lots of towels, friendly staff
Cons: Quite a way to the restaurants and bars you have to walk through the parking garage so don't wear heels or walk alone.
They don't offer a free breakfast with the amount you pay for a room you should get one.
Pros: While we were there.... the pool was "out of order" .we were told we could go across the street to use neighbor hotels pool..... not real convieniet on Dec 23. ..... ice maker did not work on 4th floor, Wi-if did not function .... rooms were clean , but otherwise disappointing
Pros: I liked that the rooms and the pool areas was clean.
Cons: I didn't like that I booked a room with this particular hotel me baths in advance and I was giving one of the poorest selections of rooms in my opinion! I was on the second floor of the hotel with no window view and it was extremely humid in the room even after I adjusted the temperature on the thermostat time after time. I would say the real reason why I was giving such a poor section in room choice but I'll just leave at this!
Pros: The Chicago Fire Oven and Staff were extremely great. Anything that we needed was handled right away!
Cons: I wasn't really sure why we had to pay an additional fee for parking... they should just tack that on to the overall total of your stay.
Pros: It is a very clean place. The crew is extremely friendly and I enjoyed the stay. The have a pool and a gym. The front desk remembered my name (even though it was a very short stay) and offered me to join their club and gather points, which was nice.
Cons: On the not so good side of things it seemed like you're being charged for everything. The parking costs $25, there is no breakfast included and there is only so much wi fi you could use before being charged as well.
Cons: Bussines oriented only
Pros: I enjoyed the hotel. It was large and stood out. The rooms were moderate in size. Decent bathroom. Safe in the room was a plus.
Cons: There was food crumbs under the hide a bed/couch. The parking cost is outrageous. Not only did you have to remember your room key but your parking pass to get out. This was definitely the down fall for me.
Pros: Beds were nice and comfy, breakfast was great, and he restaurants had great choices
Cons: Tv service needed better service and channel options. Takes 5 seconds to change a channel
Cons: Having to pay for parking, Internet and continental breakfast. Every hotel I've ever stayed at its always been complimentary. There was a pic of a hot tub in there description, butt when we got there, there was no hot tub .

Pros: The hotel is really lovely. Beautiful restoration of an historic property. Two decent restaurants on site, very friendly and helpful staff always available, comfortable beds, very clean and great location in the heart of a nice retail district, very close to Northwestern University and the train station for going into Chicago. A great alternative to staying in downtown Chicago for half the price if you like taking the train.
Cons: The reviews that complained about the small bathrooms and noisy air conditioner units are accurate. If you care about having a roomy bathroom with counter space you will be disappointed. It wasn't important to us and we knew what to expect having read reviews, but I really have never seen such a small sink in a hotel bathroom. It was hard to wash my face! Still, we would stay there again. All of the good features of this hotel outweighed these minor issues for us.
Pros: Huge TV, plenty of water bottles, nuce service, location to NU
Cons: Room size is small and the building is old (historic)
Pros: Place is well located, staff great, well kept but old, bathroom micro size
Pros: beautiful facility and great location
Cons: the place has been updated and is attractive, but the bathrooms are like stepping in an airline bathroom and the AC/heat unit puts out some noise
Pros: Restaurant staff and location
Cons: Noisy imposible to sleep , hotel offers ears plugs??
We change rooms 3 times , all noisy.
Try a front bedroom perhaps you escape from the air conditioning noise.
Cons: Had issues with wifi and they were not really addressed.
Cons: We were given a small room on the eighth floor right by the elevator. The HVAC system ran all night. It went from cold to hot all night. The noise level from the unit was unbearable. The desk staff apologized and nothing else despite the very obvious sign that says if I'm not happy they will fix it. I had to point this out to her before she offered any sort of compensation. For that one night I received free valet parking...Thanks...
Pros: Overall the location was great
Cons: We were there on a holiday weekend so pricing was higher than the standard rate. The rooms were much smaller than i expected, especially for the star rating of the hotel and the price we paid. If i had to do it over again, i would stay somewhere cheaper as it wasn't nice enough to warrant the cost.
The AC was also very "hot and cold" and turn off on itself in the middle of the night causing an uncomfortable sleep.
Pros: My wife and I, and our 2 kids under 3 in Chicago for a family reunion. I selected this location, as I'm familiar with the Evanston area, and the price was reasonable. Wow. More than reasonable, for the room, the view, and the helpful staff. Great stay!
Cons: Everything was satisfactory.
Pros: Great location. Wonderful, friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Because parking is at a premium in that area of Evanston, we had to valet park and it's expensive.
Pros: loved that everything was within for the most part in walking distance
Cons: That you still had to pay for parking when you stayed at hotel and had to pay for three days when only stayed two.
Pros: Close to Northwestern University
Cons: Long drive to Chicago destinations

Pros: Awesome breakfast, incl bagles, eggs, bacon, waffles, yoghurt, pastries, and a lot of accoutrements. Beds were very comfortable, and there was a good amount of space.
Cons: Beware of the shuttle hours--when we stayed there, it was every half hour, 5-11am and 3-11pm.
Our bathroom was still clogged from the previous guest.
Pros: The staff was SO helpful and friendly. We had booked two rooms due to the size of our family and they made sure our rooms were next to each other and asked how it was going on two separate occasions. Our rooms were clean, bathrooms clean and well stocked. The breakfast was nice. The pool was clean and well maintained and we loved that they had such long hours.
Cons: Absolutely no complaints. Our experience with this hotel was WONDERFUL!!!
Pros: Breakfast was free but very nice: plenty, healthy, variety. Easy to find and park car. Nice open feeling of surrounding.
Cons: Noisy next door neighbor during early evening.
Pros: The service was excellent - very nice group of people - friendly - helpful. The shuttle service to the airport for connections and using the blue line was good. would absolutely stay there again if in the Chicago area.
Pros: the staff were very professonal and kind. the hotel is warm and nice. It is close to the airport.
Pros: homely atmosphire
